社会主义核心价值体系与高校思政课教师队伍建设研究

【摘要】：要建设社会主义核心价值体系,增强社会主义意识形态的吸引力和凝聚力。这是党中央高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,向全党提出的重要的历史任务。在高等院校,用社会主义核心价值体系引领大学生思想政治教育工作,就是要巩固马克思主义指导地位,坚持不懈地用马克思主义中国化最新成果教育学生;就是要用中国特色社会主义共同理想来武装学生;就是要用以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神鼓舞学生;就是要用社会主义荣辱观引领学生风尚。 高校思想政治教师队伍是大学生思想政治教育的主体。当前高校思想政治教师队伍的建设与高等教育发展的要求还不相适应，，要认真研究当前我国高校思想政治教师队伍的发展现状，及时解决存在的相关问题，形成全方位、多层面的思想政治教育育人格局。 教师素质是衡量一名教师是否合格的重要尺度，加强高校思政课教师建设是当前高校思想政治工作和师资队伍建设的重要课题。思政课教师的素质不仅直接决定教师本人能否适应时代的要求，而且关系到整个高等教育能否适应经济和社会的发展。因此在新形势下，加强思政课教师的队伍建设意义重大。本文针对当前高校思政课教师队伍建设中存在的问题，论述了加强思政课教师队伍建设的必要性以及对策。
[Abstract]:It is an important historical task for the Party Central Committee to hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to raise it to the whole party. To guide the ideological and political education of college students with the socialist core value system is to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism and to educate students with the latest achievements of Marxism in China. It is to arm students with the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics, to inspire students with the national spirit of patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as the core, and to lead students' fashion with the socialist concept of honor and disgrace. The contingent of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is the main body of ideological and political education for college students. At present, the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is not compatible with the requirements of the development of higher education. It is necessary to study the current situation of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities in China, solve the existing problems in time, and form a comprehensive and multi-level pattern of ideological and political education. The quality of a teacher is an important measure to judge whether a teacher is qualified or not. Strengthening the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is an important topic in the ideological and political work and the construction of teachers' ranks. The quality of ideological and political teachers determines not only whether the teachers themselves can adapt to the requirements of the times. And it is related to whether the whole higher education can adapt to the development of economy and society. Therefore, under the new situation, it is of great significance to strengthen the construction of the contingent of ideological and political teachers. This paper aims at the problems existing in the construction of the contingent of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the necessity and countermeasures of strengthening the construction of ideological and political teachers.
