高校辅导员专业化建设初探

【摘要】：大学生是社会发展的重要人才资源。随着改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的高速发展,大学生的思想政治工作和日常生活管理工作也面面临着新的挑战。高校是培养大学生的重要载体,高校辅导员是大学生思想政治工作的实践者,是大学生日常生活的管理者,辅导员专业化建设直接关系着大学生的健康成长。提高辅导员专业化建设,是加强大学生思想政治教育工作,提高大学生日常管理水平以及关系高校发展的长效机制与重要保障。本文以高校辅导员专业化的理论与实践发展为视角,分析了高校辅导员专业化理论提出的背景及高校辅导员工作的实践准则。同时,本文以高校辅导员专业化发展中的问题为切入点,分析了问题产生的的原因,在此基础上提出了高校辅导员专业化建设的对策。本文由四个部分构成,其基本逻辑为：第一部分阐述了选题缘由,对国内外研究现状进行了分析,陈述了研究目的、研究意义、研究思路与方法以及论文的创新观点。第二部分介绍了高校辅导员制度设置的历史沿革,并将其划分为探索积淀、规范化发展、稳定完善三个阶段。分析了高校辅导员专业理论化提出的背景以及高校辅导员工作的实践准则。第三部分以高校辅导员队伍发展现状为切入点分析了目前高校辅导员队伍存在的主要问题,进一步分析了存在问题的原因：高校辅导员工作缺少专业化发展导向导致队伍不稳定、缺少独立专业的培养机制制约队伍扩展、专业精神与专业理论不强导致队伍敬业精神缺乏、多层管理与不完善的培训体系影响高校辅导员专业化发展。第四部分阐释了高校辅导员专业化的对策,提出加强相关制度建设、增强辅导员自主发展意识、发扬学校育人载体的作用是辅导员专业化建设的重点。与此同时,重点分析了构建辅导员培养与培训体系对辅导员专业化建设的重要意义,并提出了加强辅导员专业化培养培训的实用方法。
[Abstract]:College students are important human resources for social development. With the rapid development of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, College students' ideological and political work and daily life management are also facing new challenges. Colleges and universities are important carriers for the cultivation of college students, college counselors are practitioners of college students' ideological and political work, and they are the managers of college students' daily life. The professional construction of counselors is directly related to the healthy growth of college students. To improve the professional construction of counselors is to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. To improve the daily management level of college students and the long-term effective mechanism and important guarantee for the development of colleges and universities. From the perspective of the theory and practice development of college counselors' specialization, this paper analyzes the background of college counselors' specialization theory and the practical criteria of college counselors' work. Taking the problems in the development of college counselors' specialization as the starting point, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of college counselors' specialization. This paper is composed of four parts, and its basic logic is as follows:. The first part expounds the reason of selecting the topic, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and states the research purpose, significance, research ideas and methods, as well as the innovative viewpoints of the paper. The second part introduces the history of college counselor system, and divides it into exploration accumulation, standardized development, This paper analyzes the background of the theorization of college counselors and the practical criteria of college counselors' work. The third part analyzes the main problems existing in the college counselors' team from the point of view of the current situation of college counselors' development. Further analysis of the reasons for the problems: the lack of professional development of college counselors lead to instability of the team, lack of independent professional training mechanism to restrict the expansion of the team, The lack of professional spirit and professional theory leads to the lack of team professionalism, and the multi-level management and imperfect training system affect the professional development of college counselors. Part 4th explains the countermeasures of college counselors' specialization, and puts forward that strengthening the construction of relevant system, strengthening the counselors' consciousness of independent development, and carrying forward the role of school education carrier are the key points of the counselors' specialization construction, at the same time, This paper analyzes on the importance of constructing the training and training system of counselors to the construction of counselors' specialization, and puts forward some practical methods to strengthen the training of counselors' specialization.
