大学生休闲能力及其养成支撑体系研究

【摘要】:本文以大学生休闲能力培养的外部支撑条件为切入点,关注大学生群体休闲能力的发展。首先,从理论的角度,分析总结出休闲能力的四个要素,包括休闲意识、休闲自我意识、休闲技能和休闲决策能力;休闲能力的五个主要特性即本能性、后天可塑性、整体性、层次性以及阶段性;休闲能力的主要影响因素为休闲环境和休闲教育。依据休闲能力的影响因素环境和教育,提出大学生休闲能力养成支撑体系,,该支持体系包括休闲环境支撑和休闲教育支撑两方面。由于休闲环境对人发展的主要影响因素为“文化”和“物质供给”,同时,大学生群体的主要生存空间环境为家庭、高校、社会,据此,休闲环境支撑包括家庭休闲文化和物质环境、高校休闲文化和物质环境、社会休闲文化和物质环境;由于大学生受教育的供给主体不同,休闲教育可分为自我休闲教育、家庭休闲教育、高校休闲教育和社会休闲教育支撑。 其次,以休闲能力四个要素为主要调查内容,编制《大学生休闲生活状况调查问卷》,通过对广西三所高校的问卷调查,了解了大学生的休闲能力状况,(1)休闲意识方面:大学生的休闲价值观层次不高,一半的人数休闲态度积极,一半人数休闲态度被动,休闲积极性整体水平不高,对休闲时间、休闲信息、休闲资源有一定的觉知性;(2)休闲自我意识方面:大学生对自身的休闲目标、休闲兴趣、休闲需求比较清楚;(3)具有一定休闲技能但休闲活动技能单一、从众,有一定的休闲时间管理能力、休闲信息获得能力、休闲资源利用能力,但水平较差,有一定的人际交往意识;(4)休闲决策方面:休闲选择能力较强,休闲调节、计划能力较差,具有一定的决策能力但综合决策能力较弱。 最后,通过对调查结果的分析,提出大学生休闲能力养成支撑体系如何针对大学生休闲能力的现状来有效发展大学生休闲能力各要素的对策,包括休闲环境方面:(1)要改造和普及我国传统的高雅休闲文化(2)为大学生提供更多接触和了解高层次休闲文化的场所和机会(3)优化家庭休闲文化氛围(4)改变家庭对子女的教育观念(5)改善高校休闲环境(6)关注休闲体验和休闲策划机会的提供(7)制定相关休闲制度;休闲教育方面:(1)我国应积极落实素质教育(2)加强大学生的自我休闲教育(3)加强家庭和社会休闲教育的关注和发展(4)发展和完善学校休闲教育。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the development of college students' leisure ability by taking the external supporting conditions of cultivating their leisure ability as the starting point. Firstly, from the theoretical point of view, it analyzes and sums up the four elements of leisure ability, including leisure consciousness. Leisure self-consciousness, leisure skills and leisure decision-making ability, the five main characteristics of leisure ability, namely instinct, acquired plasticity, integrity, hierarchy and stage; The main influencing factors of leisure ability are leisure environment and leisure education. The support system includes two aspects: leisure environment support and leisure education support. Because the main influencing factors of leisure environment to human development are "culture" and "material supply", at the same time, the main living space environment of college students is family, colleges and universities. According to society, leisure environment support includes family leisure culture and material environment, college leisure culture and material environment, social leisure culture and material environment. Leisure education can be divided into self-leisure education, family leisure education, college leisure education and social leisure education support. Secondly, taking the four elements of leisure ability as the main content of the investigation, the author compiled the questionnaire on the status of College students' Leisure Life, and made a questionnaire survey on the three universities in Guangxi. To understand the leisure ability of college students: the level of leisure values of college students is not high, the leisure attitude of half of them is active, the leisure attitude of half of them is passive, the overall level of leisure enthusiasm is not high, and the leisure time is not high. Leisure information, leisure resources have a certain awareness of leisure self-awareness: college students on their own leisure goals, leisure interests, leisure needs are clear / 3) has a certain leisure skills, but leisure activity skills are single, follow the crowd, Have certain leisure time management ability, leisure information acquisition ability, leisure resource utilization ability, but the level is poor, have a certain interpersonal communication consciousness / 4) leisure decision-making aspect: leisure choice ability is stronger, leisure adjustment ability is poor, planning ability is poor. Has certain decision-making ability but the synthesis decision ability is weak. Finally, through the analysis of the results of the investigation, the author puts forward the countermeasures of how to effectively develop the various elements of the leisure ability of college students in view of the current situation of the college students' leisure ability. Including the leisure environment, we should reform and popularize the traditional and elegant leisure culture of our country. 2) provide more places and opportunities for college students to contact and understand high-level leisure culture. 3) optimize the atmosphere of family leisure culture. (5) improving the leisure environment of colleges and universities; (6) paying attention to the provision of leisure experience and leisure planning opportunities; Leisure education: 1) China should actively carry out quality education (2) strengthen college students' self-leisure education 3) strengthen the attention and development of family and social leisure education 4) develop and perfect the school leisure education.
