《朱子家训》与大学生道德素质研究

【摘要】：《朱子家训》作为一篇家训名作，虽然篇幅短小，但论其内容却涵盖广泛。其所包含的丰富思想可以从修身、治家、处世这三个方面来深入剖析。修身，先要俭约奉己，再要少言多行，最后要慈心于物。治家，先要勤俭持家，再要谨遵伦常，最后要礼敬谦让。处世，先要庄重威仪，再要仁爱助人，，最后要慎重择友。大学生作为祖国的未来，其道德素质现状不容忽视。他们在道德素质方面存在的主要问题有社会责任意识不强，基础道德品质不高，逃学厌学情绪严重，集体主义意识淡薄。存在这些问题的主要原因包括：转型期社会风气的侵蚀，不当家庭教育的误导，新时期高校德育的偏差和大学生自身修养的缺失。面对此种情形，应用《朱子家训》提高大学生道德素质就显得尤为重要。通过对《朱子家训》的学习可使大学生学会真心施与，学会自省自查，学会惜福感恩，学会革除盗心；养成良好的起居习惯，养成洁净的生活习惯，养成知足的人生态度，养成质朴的生活作风。
[Abstract]:As a famous masterpiece of family instruction, although it is short in length, it covers a wide range of contents. Its rich ideas can be deeply analyzed from the three aspects of self-cultivation, governing the family, and dealing with the world. If you want to speak less and do more, you have to be kind to things. When you run a family, you have to be diligent and frugal, and then you have to abide by the rules. Finally, you have to be courteous and humble. In the world, you have to be dignified and dignified, and then you have to be benevolent and helpful. Finally, you should be careful in choosing friends. College students are the future of the motherland. The current situation of their moral quality can not be ignored. The main problems in their moral quality are the weak sense of social responsibility, the low basic moral quality, and the serious feelings of truancy and weariness. The main reasons for these problems include the erosion of social atmosphere in the transitional period, the misdirection of improper family education, the deviation of moral education in colleges and universities in the new period and the lack of self-cultivation of college students. It is very important to improve the moral quality of college students by applying "Zhu Zi Family instruction". Through the study of "Zhu Zi Family instruction", the students can learn to give it sincerely, to examine themselves, to be grateful and to get rid of theft. Develop good living habits, clean living habits, contented life attitude, simple life style.
