高校危机管理对策研究

【摘要】：现代化使一个社会从传统的宗教观念和礼法束缚中解放出来，人们的生活方式也随之发生改变；在传统农业社会，人们的生活世界是一个相对狭小封闭的领域，人们依靠从文化传统中流传下来的价值观念和从祖辈那里习得的经验来组织自己的生活。乡土风情和乡村社会是人们生活的原始纽带，人们在其中彼此熟悉，获取对世界和自我的认同。一个现代化的社会则与传统社会具有明显的差别，人们不再生活于一个狭小的封闭世界里，而是生活于一个具有开放性和自身更新着的公共世界里。大学就是一个具有典型特征的公共领域，人们参与其中被允许具有更多的主体自由，他们的生活、学习和交往都具有开放和不断更新的特征。经验事实告诉我们，任何一个有机体不论是生命机体还是社会机体都有发生危机的可能性。现代社会的开放性放大了人们在价值观念和利益方面的矛盾冲突，由此也就增加了危机事件发生的可能性。随着社会现代化程度的提高，大学教育也要实现自身的现代化。在大学教育现代化进程中，如何预防和管理大学公共危机是一个十分重要的理论和实践课题。在本文中，我们将围绕这个问题展开分析和探讨，，并力图为大学公共危机管理实践提供积极的理论支持。
[Abstract]:Modernization has liberated a society from the shackles of traditional religious concepts and ritual laws, and the way of life of people has also changed. In the traditional agricultural society, the world of people's life is a relatively narrow and closed field. People organize their lives on the basis of values passed down from cultural traditions and lessons learned from their ancestors. Local customs and rural society are the original bonds of people's lives, in which people are familiar with each other. A modern society is clearly different from the traditional society, and people no longer live in a narrow, closed world. But to live in a public world that is open and self-renewing. Universities are a typical public sphere in which people are allowed to have more subjective freedom, their lives, Both learning and communication are characterized by openness and constant renewal. Empirical facts tell us that any organism, whether it is a living organism or a social organism, has the possibility of crisis. The openness of modern society magnifies the conflict between values and interests. As a result, the possibility of a crisis has been increased. With the improvement of the degree of social modernization, university education should also realize its own modernization. In the process of modernization of university education, How to prevent and manage the university public crisis is a very important theoretical and practical subject. In this paper, we will analyze and discuss this problem, and try to provide positive theoretical support for the university public crisis management practice.
