后大众化视野中的中国高职教育发展方向

【摘要】：后大众化阶段,中国高等职业教育肩负着促进高等教育结构转型和经济产业结构转型的双重使命。要完成这种使命,必须构建受"市场力量"控制的、竞争性的且对社会需求反应"敏感"的高职教育系统。高职教育目前所面临的生源减少、培养模式落后、财政投入难以为继、就业率低下等困境,致使其必须致力于办学主体私有化、培养目标职业化、学习课程模块化、系统无边界化等发展方向。这关乎中国高等教育发展能否从大众化阶段顺利过渡到后大众化阶段。
[Abstract]:In the post-popularization stage, higher vocational education in China is shouldering the dual mission of promoting the structural transformation of higher education and the transformation of economic and industrial structure. In order to complete this mission, it must be constructed under the control of "market forces". The higher vocational education system, which is competitive and sensitive to the social demand, is faced with the difficulties of decreasing the number of students, backward training mode, unsustainable financial investment, low employment rate, and so on. As a result, it must devote itself to the privatization of the main body of running a school, the professionalization of the training target, the modularization of the learning curriculum and the system without boundaries, which is related to whether the development of higher education in China can smoothly transition from the stage of popularization to the stage of post-popularization.
