我国高校教师发展研究现状与进展分析

【摘要】：采用文献分析法对CNKI中有关高校教师发展研究的相关文献进行了统计分析,结果表明:目前,我国的高校教师发展研究在研究方法上偏重逻辑思辨研究;研究领域上偏重于学术研究;研究焦点上偏重于对国外研究状况的介绍和解读。建议相关研究关注我国高校教师发展现状、发展需求和适合本国国情的理论与实践研究,进而引导教师发展实践稳定而有效地进行。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a statistical analysis of the relevant documents on the research of university teachers' development in CNKI by using the literature analysis method. The results show that: at present, the research of university teachers' development in our country emphasizes on the logical thinking research on the research method; In the field of research, emphasis is placed on academic research; the focus of research is on the introduction and interpretation of foreign research. It is suggested that relevant research should focus on the current situation of teachers' development, development needs and theoretical and practical research suitable to the national conditions of our country. Then guide teachers to develop practice stably and effectively.
