小组工作在大学生思想政治教育中的运用研究

【摘要】：伴随着经济发展以及高等教育改革的逐渐深化,我国当前的大学生思想政治教育逐渐呈现出一种崭新的面貌。在不断总结思想政治教育学科自身发展经验的同时,大学生思想政治教育积极地借鉴其他学科的方法和理念,并取得了一定的成效。而小组工作与大学生思想政治教育的过程相契合,存在着许多相似之处,如目标一致、内容交叉等,因而小组工作的理念及方法引起了大学生思想政治教育者的关注,并逐步尝试将其运用于大学生思想政治教育中。本文拟对小组工作在大学生思想政治教育中的运用这一问题进行较为深入的探讨。本文首先分析了小组工作在当代大学生思想政治教育中运用的必要性和可行性。小组工作方法在我国高校大学生思想政治教育中的运用,不仅能有效应对不断变化的大学生思想政治教育环境,增强大学生思想政治教育的有效性,还能够对大学生思想政治教育工作方法进行改进和创新,从而不断提高大学生思想政治教育者的专业化水平。而二者具有的相通性、大学生思想政治教育队伍的壮大与成熟、大学生社团组织的发展等都为小组工作在大学生思想政治教育的运用打下了坚实的基础。其次,结合了访谈资料及问卷调查的数据,笔者对大学生思想政治教育中小组工作运用的实践进行了分析,包括小组工作在大学生思想政治教育运用过程中所存在的一些问题。在本文的最后,对小组工作在大学生思想政治教育中运用的理念及方式、实施过程以及基本技巧进行了总结,期望借助小组工作过程中的各个环节,来丰富大学生思想政治教育的内容,创新大学生思想政治教育工作的方法,同时对大学生思想政治教育过程中存在的薄弱环节进行进一步的完善。
[Abstract]:With the gradual deepening of economic development and the reform of higher education, China's current ideological and political education of college students is gradually showing a new look. The experience of Ideological and political education development experience at the same time, the ideological and political education actively using the methods and ideas of other disciplines, and achieved certain results. The process of group work and the ideological and political education of college students, there are many similarities, such as the same goal, content cross concepts and methods, and group work caused by the ideological and political education of College Students' attention, and gradually try to apply it to the ideological and political education. This paper discusses deeply on the use of group work in the ideological and political education in this problem.
This paper first analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the use of group work in the contemporary ideological and political education in the use of group work in the ideological and political education of college students in our country, not only can effectively deal with the changing environment of Ideological and political education, enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education, but also can improve and innovate the method of Ideological and political education of college students, so as to continuously improve the ideological and political education of College Students' professional level. But the two are interlinked, the ideological and political education team of college students grow and mature students, community organizations development has laid a foundation for the use of group work in college students' Ideological and political education. Secondly according to the interviews, and questionnaire data, the author of the practice of Ideological and political education work in the use of small and medium-sized group For the analysis, including the working group on some issues existing in the process of the ideological and political education application. At the end of this paper, the concept and method of the use of group work in the ideological and political education in the implementation process and basic skills are summarized, with expectations of all aspects of group work process, to enrich the students' thought political education content, methods of Ideological and political education work innovation, while the weak link in the ideological and political education process for further improvement.
