思想政治教育应对高校突发事件的作用研究

【摘要】：近年来，频频发生的大学校园突发事件不仅威胁高校的稳定与发展，也对高校传统管理体制与模式提出了挑战。一个严肃的重大课题——“高校突发事件管理”开始引起教育界的广泛关注。高校突发事件不仅影响高校的正常教学、管理和师生的生活秩序，还有损高校的声誉和形象，对高校的改革、稳定和发展构成了威胁，甚至还会影响整个社会的政治、经济、精神等领域，从而破坏社会的安定团结。因此，科学有效地应对高校突发事件对高校来说是一个重大而紧迫的现实问题，同时也是思想政治教育研究的一个崭新课题。思想政治教育工作作为一切工作的生命线，具有强大的政治优势，因此，思想政治教育加强应对高校突发事件的研究具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。思想政治教育工作在应对高校突发事件时，可以发挥其独特的作用，，以此确保学校的稳定和发展。 本文以高校突发事件为研究背景和逻辑起点，运用思想政治教育相关理论知识对思想政治教育应对高校突发事件进行深入而系统的探究。首先总结了国内外关于思想政治教育应对高校突发事件的作用，分析它们的不足以找出本文可能创新之处。其次，简要的分析高校突发事件的相关理论，阐明了高校突发事件的定义、特点、类型及其成因。然后，在此基础上提出了思想政治教育介入高校突发事件的可能性和必要性。最后，笔者按照突发事件发生、演变和发展的时间顺序，总结出思想政治教育在高校突发事件事前起到预警、预防的作用，在突发事件事中起到安全阀的作用，在高校突发事件事后起到整合的作用。同时结合相关参考文献和研究资料总结找各个阶段思想政治教育发挥作用的方法和途径，这是本文的重点也是本文的研究成果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, frequent university campus emergencies not only threaten the stability and development of universities, It also challenges the traditional management system and mode in colleges and universities. A serious and important topic, "University Emergency Management", has aroused widespread concern in the educational field. Unexpected events in colleges and universities not only affect the normal teaching of colleges and universities, but also bring about great challenges to the traditional management system and model of colleges and universities. Management and the order of life of teachers and students, as well as damaging the reputation and image of colleges and universities, pose a threat to the reform, stability and development of colleges and universities, and even affect the political, economic, spiritual and other fields of society as a whole. Thus undermining social stability and unity. Therefore, scientific and effective response to emergencies in colleges and universities is a major and urgent practical problem. Ideological and political education, as the lifeline of all work, has a strong political advantage. It is of great practical and theoretical significance for ideological and political education to strengthen the research on dealing with emergencies in colleges and universities. Ideological and political education can play a unique role in dealing with emergencies in colleges and universities in order to ensure the stability and development of schools. This article takes the university emergency as the research background and the logical starting point, Using the relevant theoretical knowledge of ideological and political education, this paper makes a deep and systematic study on the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Firstly, it sums up the role of ideological and political education in responding to emergencies in colleges and universities at home and abroad. The analysis of them is not enough to find out the possible innovations in this paper. Secondly, briefly analyze the relevant theories of university emergencies, clarify the definition, characteristics, types and causes of university emergencies. On this basis, the possibility and necessity for ideological and political education to intervene in unexpected events in colleges and universities are put forward. Finally, according to the time sequence of occurrence, evolution and development of unexpected events, Summing up that ideological and political education plays a pre-warning and preventive role in emergencies in colleges and universities, and plays a role as a safety valve in emergencies. At the same time combined with relevant references and research materials to find ways and means of ideological and political education in various stages which is the focus of this paper is also the research results.
