独立学院大学生就业指导体系的构建研究

【摘要】：独立学院经过十多年的发展，为更多学生提供了接受高等教育的机会，但随着独立学院毕业生的逐年增多，独立学院毕业生就业难的问题也日益突显。虽然各学院都在努力完善就业指导工作，但相对缺乏对独立学院就业指导的数据性调查研究，就业指导工作的系统性、层次性、针对性和实效性仍有待进一步加强。本论文通过问卷调查、电话访谈、理论联系工作实际、定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法，采用提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的技术路线，对基于调查分析基础上的独立学院大学生就业指导体系的构建进行了研究。本文首先从安徽省独立学院就业指导工作的电话访谈和问卷调查结果分析入手，分析了独立学院生源特点、就业需求特点、求职意向特点和独立学院就业指导现状,为文中独立学院就业指导体系的构建提供实证支撑资料；同时，对比分析了美、英、日等国外高校就业指导工作的特点，，在借鉴国外就业指导工作经验的基础上结合电话访谈和问卷调查的结果，构建了独立学院大学生就业指导体系。本文所构建的独立学院大学生就业指导体系包括:培养职业发展能力为核心的就业指导目标；全程化、全员化、专业化、多样化的就业指导模式；涵盖“完善的组织机构建设、实践创新的课程体系、系统完善的服务体系、专业规范的队伍体系、全程有效的评价体系”五大内容的就业指导体系。本文是对独立学院就业指导工作进行规范化的一个初步尝试，所讨论的很多问题需要在今后的实践中加以检验和完善。
[Abstract]:After more than a decade of development, independent colleges provide more students with opportunities for higher education, but as the number of independent college graduates increases year by year, Although every college is trying to improve the work of employment guidance, there is a relative lack of data investigation and research on the employment guidance of independent colleges, and the employment guidance work is systematic and hierarchical. Pertinence and effectiveness still need to be further strengthened. Through questionnaire survey, telephone interview, theory and practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper adopts the technical route of asking questions, analyzing problems and solving problems. This paper studies the construction of employment guidance system for college students based on investigation and analysis. This paper begins with the analysis of telephone interview and questionnaire survey on the employment guidance work of Anhui Independent College, and analyzes the characteristics of the students' source, the employment demand, the job-seeking intention and the present situation of the independent college's employment guidance. This paper provides empirical data for the construction of employment guidance system in independent colleges, and analyzes the characteristics of employment guidance work in foreign universities, such as the United States, Britain, Japan, etc. Based on the experience of foreign employment guidance and the results of telephone interviews and questionnaires, this paper constructs the employment guidance system for college students. The employment guidance system of independent college students in this paper includes: training the ability of career development as the core of the employment guidance goal, full process, full staff, specialization, diversification of employment guidance mode; Including "perfect organization construction, practical innovation curriculum system, systematic and perfect service system, professional standard team system," This paper is a preliminary attempt to standardize the work of employment guidance in independent colleges. Many of the problems discussed need to be tested and perfected in the future practice.
