大学生的休闲教育研究

【摘要】:大学期间是大学生身心发展、道德观、人生观、价值观形成的关键时期,而大量的自由时间该如何用于实现自我的发展,对于尚不成熟的大学生来说是个难题。健康向上的休闲生活可以提升大学生的生活质量,促进大学生的个性成熟、人格完善及培养创新精神和能力;反之,庸俗、消极的休闲生活则可能损害大学生的身心健康,甚至引发反社会行为、犯罪等严重社会问题。因此,休闲教育势必会对学生的休闲生活产生重要影响。学校,作为一个正规教育机构,引入休闲教育,对于大学生的成长,个体发展都将具有重要的意义。 基于这一事实,本论文以××大学的学生为主要研究对象,以原有研究数据为参考,通过调查、观察、活动反馈等方式,详细地考察了他们的休闲时间安排、活动内容、主观体验、休闲障碍等方面,并展现了大学生休闲活动的丰富多样性、普遍自由时间较多,团体活动与个体活动并存,娱乐活动以及普及类活动较多的特点,而我国高校休闲教育存在的功利化、技能化等误区的特点,并存在着休闲活动与学习不能同时兼顾,休闲意识不足,缺乏休闲技能,休闲活动层次不高,休闲理念认识不足,以及休闲资源缺失等问题。究其原因,休闲教育的不被重视,滞后于教育发展的需求;受传统教育观念的影响,正确的休闲理念难以落到实处;加上现代教育的功利性、休闲环境因素、场地、设施、经济条件等进一步加重大学生的休闲教育的不足,严重影响了大学生休闲教育的成效。 在上述分析的基础上,本文提出了对大学生休闲教育要运用思想政治教育的教育方法,用自我教育、实践锻炼、渗透教育以及榜样教育等引导并检验大学生的休闲生活。为切实加强大学生休闲教育的实效性,,真正普及大学生休闲教育,高校应做好三方面的工作:一是通过大学生的自我教育和理论宣传培养正确的休闲意识;二是通过普及休闲教育理念,理论引导与活动结合,积极构建休闲活动的反馈评价体系,建立科学的休闲教育体系;三是优化学校的休闲教育资源,如丰富校园文化建设、扩大休闲活动场地、整合学校周边环境资源。 希望通过这种理论研究和实证分析能够切实有效的普及大学生的休闲教育,为实现他们的健康成长和全面发展提供有益的理论参照和实践指导。
[Abstract]:College is a critical period for the formation of a college student's physical and mental development, morality, outlook on life, and values, and how a large amount of free time should be used to achieve self-development. A healthy and upward leisure life can improve the quality of life of college students, promote their personality maturity, improve their personality and cultivate their innovative spirit and ability. Negative leisure life may harm the physical and mental health of college students, and even lead to serious social problems such as anti-social behavior and crime. Therefore, leisure education is bound to have an important impact on students' leisure life. As a formal educational institution, the introduction of leisure education will be of great significance to the growth and individual development of college students. Based on this fact, this paper takes the students of the 脳 脳 university as the main research object, takes the original research data as the reference, through investigation, observation, activity feedback and so on, has investigated their leisure time arrangement and the activity content in detail. Subjective experience, leisure barriers and other aspects, and shows the rich diversity of leisure activities of college students, generally more free time, group activities and individual activities co-exist, entertainment activities and popular activities more characteristics, However, the existence of utilitarian and skill-oriented leisure education in colleges and universities in our country is characterized by the fact that leisure activities and study cannot be taken into account at the same time, the leisure consciousness is insufficient, the leisure skills are lacking, the level of leisure activities is not high, and the awareness of leisure ideas is insufficient. And the lack of leisure resources. The reason is that leisure education is not attached importance to and lags behind the needs of educational development; influenced by traditional educational concepts, it is difficult for correct leisure ideas to be put into practice; plus, the utilitarian nature of modern education. Leisure environment factors, venues, facilities, economic conditions further aggravate the lack of leisure education for college students, seriously affect the effectiveness of leisure education for college students. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward that the leisure education of college students should use the educational method of ideological and political education, use self-education, practice exercise, In order to strengthen the effectiveness of the leisure education of college students and to popularize the leisure education of college students, we should guide and test the leisure life of college students through infiltrating education and example education. Colleges and universities should do a good job in three aspects: first, through the self-education and theoretical propaganda of college students to cultivate a correct sense of leisure, second, through the popularization of the concept of leisure education, theoretical guidance and activities combined, The third is to optimize the leisure education resources of the school, such as enriching campus culture construction, expanding the leisure activity site, and integrating the surrounding environment resources of the school. It is hoped that this kind of theoretical research and empirical analysis can effectively popularize the leisure education of college students and provide useful theoretical reference and practical guidance for their healthy growth and all-round development.
