外语院校通识教育课程设置研究

【摘要】：针对外语教育的功利主义倾向和外语专业学生人文教育、能力培养的缺失，，外语院校应加强实施通识教育已成为外语界人士的共识。近年来外语院校陆续实施通识教育，也取得一些成绩。但是依然存在通识教育概念和课程目标不清、课程设置不合理等问题。本文综合文献法、调查法、比较法等研究方法，全面系统地对外语院校通识教育课程设置概况及其问题进行研究。本文分为八部分,第一部分介绍研究本问题的缘由、国内对此问题的研究现状以及研究的目的和方法。第二部分从实施通识教育的主要原因、优势和局限、基本条件等三方面对外语院校通识教育的特点进行了详细阐述。结合第三部分论述的通识教育课程的类型、特点和内容的设置原则，第四和第五部分系统研究了外语院校通识教育课程设置所存在的普遍性问题。文中先将重点研究的北京外国语大学、上海外国语大学、广东外语外贸大学和四川外语学院这四所外语院校本科学生的学分构成和通识教育课程所占比重以及通识教育课程的内容领域通过图表等方式进行详细分析，然后结合相关的可靠数据，对其课程目标、课程结构、课程内容等方面存在的问题进行了重点阐述。第六部分概述中外共七所大学外语专业人才的通识教育总概况和具体的课程设置，第七部分依据这七所大学的成功经验并结合我国外语院校通识教育课程设置的问题提出改进措施，第八部分提供了外语院校通识教育课程设置的建议方案。最后一部分在概括全文基本结论的基础上，对论文的不足作了扼要说明，并提出了后续研究中应关注的若干问题。
[Abstract]:In view of the utilitarian tendency of foreign language education and the lack of humanistic education and ability training for foreign language majors, it has become a common understanding among foreign language scholars that foreign language colleges and universities should strengthen the implementation of general education. Some achievements have also been made. However, there are still some problems such as unclear concepts and curriculum objectives of general education, unreasonable curriculum setup, etc. This paper combines literature method, investigation method, comparative method and other research methods. The general situation and problems of general education curriculum in foreign language colleges and universities are studied in a comprehensive and systematic way. This paper is divided into eight parts. The first part introduces the reason of the study, the domestic research status, the purpose and method of the research. The second part expounds the characteristics of general education in foreign language colleges from three aspects: main reasons, advantages and limitations, and basic conditions. Combined with the third part of the general education curriculum types, characteristics and content of the setting principles, The fourth and fifth parts systematically study the universality of general education curriculum in foreign language colleges and universities. The credit structure of undergraduate students in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Sichuan Institute of Foreign languages and the proportion of general education courses, as well as the contents of general education courses, are analyzed in detail by means of charts and charts. Based on the relevant reliable data, the problems in curriculum objectives, curriculum structure, curriculum contents and so on are discussed. The sixth part summarizes the general situation of general education and the specific curriculum of foreign language majors in seven universities. In the seventh part, based on the successful experience of the seven universities and combining with the problems of general education curriculum in foreign language colleges in China, the improvement measures are put forward. The eighth part provides some suggestions for the general education curriculum in foreign language colleges and universities. In the last part, on the basis of summarizing the basic conclusions of the paper, the deficiency of the thesis is briefly explained, and some problems that should be paid attention to in the follow-up research are put forward.
