在高校思想政治教育中引入创业教育的研究

【摘要】：随着大学生毕业人数的日益增加,社会就业压力越来越大。大学生之间流传着-句反映社会现实的话：毕业即失业。大学生作为社会建设发展的储备力量,他们毕业之后的发展关系着国家的经济建设。创业教育的开展是高校教育中的一项重要任务,高校教育对大学生的就业引导有着不可推卸的责任。因此,高校在思想政治教育上要顺应社会发展趋势,创新教学方式,将创业教育引入高校思想政治教育中。在高校思想政治教育中引入创业教育是非常有必要的：第一,高校思想政治教育引入创业教育是增强思想政治教育吸引力的需要；第二,在高校思想政治教育中引入创业教育是加强思想政治教育实践性的需要。但是就目前来看,我国高校在思想政治教育方面对创业教育的开展研究还处于起步阶段,在思想政治教育中开展创业教育工作显得不够系统和完善,存在着以下几个方面的问题：第一,大学生创业意识不强,对创业教育的理解和认识存在偏差；第二,创业教育在高校思想政治教育中的地位不够；第三,高校思想政治教育中创业教育形式单一化；第四,创业教育教学内容缺乏针对性；第五,创业教育缺乏配套的教材；第六,创业教育师资力量不足；第七,创业教育的不规范性和创业教育模式的局限性也制约了创业教育的发展；第八,创业环境不够完善对高校思想政治教育中的创业教育有负面影响。通过对上述问题的分析,提出了以下几个方面措施：第一,加强大学生创业主体意识的培养；第二,实现创业教育的多元化,培养良好的创业环境和氛围；第三,丰富创业教育教学内容,开设有特色的创业教育课程体系；第四,在高校思想政治教育中开展创业实践活动和创业教育研究；第五,加强创业教学的师资队伍建设。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of graduates, the pressure of social employment is increasing. Their development after graduation is related to the national economic construction. The development of entrepreneurship education is an important task in college education, and college education has an unshirkable responsibility for the employment guidance of college students. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities should conform to the trend of social development, innovate teaching methods, and introduce entrepreneurship education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is very necessary to introduce entrepreneurship education into ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the above problems, the following measures are put forward: first, to strengthen the cultivation of college students' awareness of entrepreneurship; second, to realize the diversification of entrepreneurship education, and to cultivate a good environment and atmosphere for entrepreneurship; third, Enrich the content of entrepreneurship education teaching, set up a characteristic entrepreneurship education curriculum system; fourth, in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to carry out entrepreneurial practice activities and entrepreneurial education research; fifth, strengthen the construction of teachers in entrepreneurship teaching.
