上海高校基础研究产出分析:学科的视角

【摘要】：为了探析上海高校基础研究产出的规模和影响力及其在国内和世界上的相对位置,本文尝试从科技论文这一基础研究的主要产出形式出发,通过国际比较和计量分析等方法,对2005-2009年上海高校被收录在美国科学情报研究所(ISI)Web of Science数据库的论文的分析,得出上海高校和上海高校各学科论文的活动指数(AI)、吸引力指数(AAI)和论文相对引文影响力(RCI)等指标。结果表明,2005-2009年上海高校科研开始以内涵建设为主,已经从数量扩张向质量提升转变,但整体科研产出的影响力与世界平均水平仍有差距。环境科学与生态学、地球科学、交叉学科、社会科学总论、空间科学5个学科的活动指数、相对吸引力指数、相对影响力都小于1。最后,对上海高校基础研究的未来发展提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the scale and influence of the basic research output in Shanghai colleges and universities and its relative position in China and the world, this paper attempts to proceed from the main output form of scientific and technological papers, through international comparison and econometric analysis, etc. An analysis of the papers from 2005 to 2009 in the ISI Web of Science database of the American Institute of Scientific Information, The index of activity, attractiveness index (AAI) and relative citation influence of papers in Shanghai colleges and universities are obtained. The results show that the scientific research of Shanghai colleges and universities began to focus on connotation construction from 2005 to 2009. There has been a shift from quantitative expansion to quality improvement, but there is still a gap between the impact of overall scientific research output and the world average. Environmental Science and Ecology, Geoscience, Interdisciplinary, Social Sciences General, The activity index, relative attraction index and relative influence of space science are all less than 1. Finally, some suggestions on the future development of basic research in Shanghai colleges and universities are put forward.
