新媒体背景下高校德育与机制构建

【摘要】:高校德育是我国学校德育体系的重要组成部分,其教育对象是正处于世界观、人生观、价值观形成的关键时期的大学生。新媒体技术的进步给高校学生的生活、学习、思想、心理健康带来了双重影响,也给高校德育带来了正负效应。一方面,新媒体拥有海量的德育信息,给高校德育提供了广阔的平台;新媒体拥有多种媒介,拓宽了高校德育的渠道;新媒体具有及时性和交互性等优点,丰富了高校德育的内容,增强了高校德育的实效性。另一方面,新媒体具有的无屏障性、虚拟性、开放性等特点给高校德育增添了难度,使高校德育模式受到挑战,易引发高校学生心理信任危机和人格障碍,同时也对高校德育工作者的媒体素养提出新要求。在新媒体背景下如何积极利用机遇,冷静面对挑战,走出困境,实现超越,已成为高校德育亟待解决的重要课题。 新媒体背景下的高校德育研究旨在深化内涵、创新机制、增强效果,以马克思主义交往理论、主体间性理论、传播学原理和十七届六中全会精神为其提供理论视野和学理依据,以指导新媒体背景下高校德育的发展。其机制构建首先是整合组织机制,完善高校德育的领导体制、调控体制、保障体制和队伍体制;其次是构建内容形成机制,不断为高校德育增添新的内容信息;再次是强化心理危机干预机制,帮助大学生解决心理问题;最后是优化德育方式互补机制,博采众长,放大高校德育功能。
[Abstract]:Moral education in colleges and universities is an important part of the moral education system in our country, and its educational object is the college students who are in the critical period of the formation of world outlook, outlook on life and values. On the one hand, the new media have a vast amount of moral education information, provide a broad platform for moral education in colleges and universities, new media have a variety of media, The new media has the advantages of timeliness and interaction, enriches the content of moral education in colleges and universities, and enhances the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities. The characteristics of openness have increased the difficulty of moral education in colleges and universities, challenged the moral education mode of colleges and universities, and easily led to the psychological trust crisis and personality obstacles of college students. At the same time, it also puts forward new requirements for the media literacy of moral education workers in colleges and universities. Under the new media background, how to make active use of opportunities, face challenges calmly, get out of difficulties and achieve transcendence, has become an important subject to be solved urgently in moral education in colleges and universities. The research on moral education in colleges and universities under the new media background aims at deepening the connotation, innovating the mechanism and enhancing the effect. The theory of communication and the spirit of the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee provide it with theoretical vision and theoretical basis to guide the development of moral education in colleges and universities under the background of new media. The construction of its mechanism first is to integrate the organizational mechanism and perfect the leadership system of moral education in colleges and universities. The second is to construct the content forming mechanism, to add new content information to the moral education in colleges and universities, to strengthen the intervention mechanism of psychological crisis, and to help college students solve psychological problems. Finally, we should optimize the complementary mechanism of moral education, learn from all kinds of advantages and enlarge the function of moral education in colleges and universities.
