思想政治教育视角下高校学生社团现状及发展对策探析

【摘要】：蔡元培先生说：“欲知明日之社会,先看今日之校园”,高校是青少年学习科学文化知识和进行思想政治教育的重要阵地,肩负着培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的神圣历史使命。学生在传统的课堂学习之外,参与学校中包括社团在内的各种学生组织,参加各项活动,以此锻炼自我,拓宽知识面,学习新的知识,真正实现全面发展,这不仅是适应社会发展的需要,也是提高自身能力和综合素质的需要,事实证明,高校学生社团是学生培养和提高综合素质的重要载体,也是培养学生创新能力和创新精神的重要途径。过去,高校学生数量较少,社团在高校的发展可谓不温不火,但是高校扩招以来,学生数量增加,高校社团迎来发展的高速时期,众多学生将社团视为除课堂之外的重要学习平台。高校学生社团不仅在高校育人工作中发挥重要作用,而且在学生成长中扮演了重要的角色,也是对传统教学方式的有益补充。高校思想政治教育工作作为高校的重点工作之一,必须寻找合适的教育载体和教育途径,所以,对高校学生社团的有效研究能够更好地促进社团在思想教育工作中发挥其应有作用。本文将在思想政治教育的视域下,深入探索学生社团在高校思想政治教育工作中所发挥的重要作用,结合实例对当前高校学生社团的发展现状进行深入分析,通过对国外及港台地区社团发展的研究,归纳可借鉴之处,针对当前社团发展存在的问题寻求合理有效操作性高的社团发展对策,以图挖掘学生社团在高校育人工作中的重要意义,充分发挥学生社团作为思想政治教育载体的重要作用。

Colleges and universities are an important position for young people to learn scientific and cultural knowledge and carry out ideological and political education. Bearing the sacred historical mission of cultivating qualified constructors and reliable successors of the socialist cause. Students, in addition to traditional classroom learning, participate in various student organizations, including associations, in schools, and participate in various activities to exercise themselves. It is not only to meet the needs of social development, but also to improve one's own ability and comprehensive quality. College student association is an important carrier for students to cultivate and improve their comprehensive quality, and also an important way to cultivate students' innovative ability and spirit. In the past, the number of college students was relatively small, and the development of associations in colleges and universities could not be said to be very warm, but since the expansion of university enrollment, the number of students has increased, and colleges and universities have ushered in a period of rapid development. Many students regard the community as an important learning platform other than the classroom. The university student association not only plays an important role in the work of educating people, but also plays an important role in the growth of the students. It is also a useful supplement to the traditional teaching methods. As one of the most important work in colleges and universities, the ideological and political education must find the appropriate educational carrier and approach, so, The effective research on college student associations can better promote the organizations to play their due role in ideological education. From the perspective of ideological and political education, this paper will deeply explore the important role played by student associations in the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities, and make a thorough analysis of the current situation of the development of student associations in colleges and universities in combination with practical examples. Through the research on the development of associations in foreign countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan, we can sum up the points that can be used for reference, aiming at the problems existing in the development of associations at present, and seeking reasonable, effective and effective countermeasures for the development of associations. In order to excavate the important significance of student associations in the work of educating people in colleges and universities, the important role of student associations as carriers of ideological and political education can be brought into full play.
