中美大学生创业支持体系比较研究

【摘要】：自我国从1999年开始实行扩大普通高校本专科院校招生人数的教育改革政策以来,我国的高等教育规模就开始逐年增大。由于高等教育的超前发展,使得社会新增的就业岗位无法满足大学生的就业需求,因此大学生的就业问题就成为当今社会备受瞩目的问题之一,而创业是最为积极主动的就业形式,大学生作为最具代表性的先进知识与技术的拥有者,其创业行为对于整个社会而言则更具重要意义。我国对创业的研究起步较晚,对大学生创业支持体系的研究尚处在发展阶段,而美国已经形成了成熟的大学生创业支持体系,因此本文旨在从比较研究的角度,对美国大学生创业支持体系的成功之处进行分析,并对我国大学生创业支持体系的完善提出一些建议。本文第一部分首先对大学生创业支持体系的研究背景进行了简要地介绍,认为大学生创业支持体系的完善对我国经济发展与社会进步有着非常重要的意义,并论述了本文的研究目的及研究意义；之后对国内外关于大学生创业问题的研究现状进行了分析,归纳出研究的特征并阐明本文研究的扩充价值；最后介绍了本文的研究方法以及研究的创新点。本文第二部分在阐述了中外学者关于创业的概念后对创业的含义进行了界定,并在分析了大学生创业的一般特征后总结出大学生创业的内涵,最后对大学生创业支持体系的构成因素进行了定义。本文第三部分对美国大学生创业支持体系的现状进行了分析,在介绍了美国大学生创业的发展情况后,对美国大学生创业支持体系的基本内容进行了阐述,并归纳出其值得借鉴之处。本文第四部分对我国大学生创业支持体系的现状进行了分析,首先选取Z大学在校大学生为对象,运用问卷调查的方法进行实证研究,并结合我国大学生创业支持体系的基本内容找出我国大学生创业支持体系的不足。本文最后一部分通过对中美两国大学生创业支持体系的差异性比较,总结出我国大学生创业支持体系中需要改进的地方,最后从创业政策支持、创业资金支持、创业教育与培训支持和创业公共服务支持四个方面对我国大学生创业支持体系的完善提出一些建议。
[Abstract]:Since our country began to carry out the educational reform policy of enlarging the enrollment of colleges and universities in 1999, the scale of higher education in our country has been increasing year by year.Because of the advanced development of higher education, the new employment posts in the society can not meet the employment needs of college students, so the employment of college students has become one of the most noticeable problems in the society.Entrepreneurship is the most active form of employment, university students as the most representative of the owners of advanced knowledge and technology, its entrepreneurial behavior for the whole society is more important.The research on entrepreneurship in our country started relatively late, and the research on entrepreneurship support system for college students is still in the developing stage. However, the United States has already formed a mature entrepreneurial support system for college students.This paper analyzes the success of the entrepreneurship support system for American college students, and puts forward some suggestions for the perfection of the entrepreneurship support system for college students in China.The first part of this paper briefly introduces the research background of the entrepreneurial support system for college students, and holds that the improvement of the entrepreneurial support system for college students is of great significance to the economic development and social progress of our country.The purpose and significance of this paper are discussed, and then the current situation of research on entrepreneurship of college students at home and abroad is analyzed, the characteristics of the study are summarized and the expanded value of this study is clarified.Finally, this paper introduces the research methods and innovative points.In the second part of this paper, the author defines the concept of entrepreneurship by Chinese and foreign scholars, and sums up the connotation of entrepreneurship after analyzing the general characteristics of college students' entrepreneurship.Finally, the author defines the constituent factors of the entrepreneurial support system for college students.The third part of this paper analyzes the current situation of the entrepreneurship support system for American college students, after introducing the development of the entrepreneurship of American college students, it expounds the basic content of the entrepreneurship support system for American college students.And sum up its worth of reference.The fourth part of this paper analyzes the current situation of entrepreneurship support system for college students in China. Firstly, we select Z university students as the object, and use the method of questionnaire to carry on the empirical research.Combined with the basic contents of the entrepreneurship support system for college students in China, the deficiency of the entrepreneurial support system for college students in China is found out.In the last part of this paper, by comparing the differences between Chinese and American university students' entrepreneurship support system, the author summarizes the areas that need to be improved in our country's university students' entrepreneurship support system, and finally, from the perspective of entrepreneurship policy support and venture capital support,Four aspects of entrepreneurship education and training support and entrepreneurial public service support for college students in China to improve the entrepreneurial support system are put forward some suggestions.
