和谐社会构建中的大学生现代人格培育

【摘要】：现代人格是大学生在和谐社会发展中必须具备的人格要求，是时代精神与人格、道德水平发展的集中表现，更是大学生自我潜能发挥与在实践自我超越的统一；培育大学生具有符合时代精神的现代人格，是决定社会是否进步的关键。本文从我国构建和谐社会的需要出发，在考察传统理想人格理论和西方人格理论的基础上，依据马克思全面发展的理论，提出了努力塑造、培养适应社会主义和谐社会构建的现代人格。大学生现代人格的养成，，有助于构建和谐社会过程中经济的快速发展，有助于推动民主法治社会的发展，有助于形成安定有序的社会局面，有助于营造健康、文明、和谐进步的社会文化氛围，最终实现人与自然的和谐相处。 本文对和谐社会与现代人格的研究现状进行了梳理，概括和总结了和谐社会构建中的大学生现代人格应具有自主性、竞争性、开放性、效率性、尚法性以及和谐性六个方面的特征。从而对和谐社会与大学生现代人格构建的关系进行了梳理，通过问卷调查的方法，对大学生人格现状进行总结，分析影响大学生人格的主要因素包括社会因素、学校教育因素和家庭因素。进而提出了和谐社会构建中现代人格培育的目标和原则。针对大学生现代人格的状况和培育大学生现代人格所遵循的目标和原则，探讨培育大学生现代人格的对策。
[Abstract]:Modern personality is the personality requirement that college students must have in the development of harmonious society, it is the concentrated expression of the spirit of the times and personality, moral level development, and the unity of university students' self-potential exertion and self-transcendence in practice.Cultivating college students with modern personality in accordance with the spirit of the times is the key to the progress of society.Based on the traditional ideal personality theory and the western personality theory, and according to the theory of Marx's all-round development, this paper puts forward the efforts to shape the harmonious society in order to build a harmonious society in our country, and on the basis of investigating the traditional ideal personality theory and the western personality theory,Cultivate modern personality adapted to the construction of socialist harmonious society.The cultivation of college students' modern personality is conducive to the rapid development of economy in the process of building a harmonious society, to promoting the development of a democratic society under the rule of law, to forming a stable and orderly social situation, and to creating a healthy and civilized society.Harmonious and progressive social and cultural atmosphere, the ultimate realization of harmony between man and nature.In this paper, the current research situation of harmonious society and modern personality is summarized, and the college students' modern personality should be independent, competitive, open and efficient in the construction of harmonious society.The characteristics of the six aspects of the law and harmony.The relationship between the harmonious society and the modern personality construction of college students is combed out, and the status quo of college students' personality is summarized by means of questionnaire, and the main factors affecting college students' personality are analyzed, including social factors.School and family factors.Then put forward the goal and principle of modern personality cultivation in the construction of harmonious society.In view of the status of modern personality of college students and the goals and principles of cultivating modern personality of college students, this paper probes into the countermeasures of cultivating modern personality of college students.
