基于人才培养视阈下的高校党建工作路径探索

【摘要】：党中央历来高度重视人才培养在高校党建工作中的重要作用，自从1990年第一次全国高校党建工作会议召开以来，党中央领导人曾经多次强调高校人才培养的重要性。比如在第六、七、十、十二、十三、十六、十七次全国高校党建工作会议中都有相关的论述，特别是习近平同志在第十九次全国高等学校党的建设工作会议上的讲话中强调，要把党的十七届五中全会精神贯彻落实好，为“十二五”规划顺利实施提供有力的人才支持，迫切要求高校培养更多的优秀人才，迫切要求进一步加强和改进高校党的建设。本论文正是针对以上情况，探索在人才培养视阈下的高校党建工作路径。本文共分为五章第一章导论。主要叙述了文章的选题背景及研究意义、国内研究综述、研究内容、研究方法、研究创新点与不足。第二章高校党建工作与人才培养概述。主要概述了高校党建工作、人才培养以及高校党建工作与人才培养的关系。第三章高校党建工作路径现状分析。本章分别从“青马工程”、“创先争优”、“抓党建促三风建三高”这三条路径，分析怎样加强高校党建工作，促进人才培养。第四章高校党建工作路径进一步探索。本章在借鉴已有经验的基础上，根据实际情况，对未来高校党建工作路径进行进一步探索。第五章结束语。总结全文,提出今后努力的方向。本文主要采用了文献研究法、比较分析法，通过对已成形的路径进行对比分析，并以此为参考依据，从而对未来高校党建工作路径进行深入地探索。本文的创新点是选题角度创新。通过上述分析研究，，期望达到的目的：一方面，能够给从事高校党建工作的领导者、管理者和实施者起到一定的借鉴作用和提示效果；另一方面，能够给相关学术领域的研究带来一定参考价值。
[Abstract]:The Party Central Committee has always attached great importance to the important role of talent training in the work of party building in colleges and universities. Since the first national conference on party building in colleges and universities was held in 1990, the leaders of the Party Central Committee have stressed the importance of talent training in colleges and universities many times.For example, in the sixth, seventh, tenth, twelfth, thirteenth, sixteenth, and seventeenth national conferences on party building in colleges and universities, there were relevant expositions, especially Comrade Xi Jinping's speech at the 19th National Conference on Party Building in Colleges and Universities,It is necessary to carry out the spirit of the Fifth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee well, to provide strong talent support for the smooth implementation of the 12th Five-Year Plan, to urgently require colleges and universities to train more outstanding talents, and to further strengthen and improve the party building in colleges and universities.In view of the above situation, this paper explores the work path of party building in colleges and universities from the perspective of talent training.This article is divided into five chaptersChapter one: introduction.This paper mainly describes the background and significance of the research, domestic research review, research content, research methods, research innovation points and shortcomings.The second chapter is an overview of the Party building work and talent training in colleges and universities.This paper mainly summarizes the work of party building, the cultivation of talents and the relationship between the work of party building and the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the Party building work in colleges and universities.This chapter analyzes how to strengthen the work of Party building in colleges and universities and promote the cultivation of talents from the following three paths: "Green Horse Project", "striving for excellence first" and "grasping party building to promote three styles and three high levels".The fourth chapter further explores the working path of party building in colleges and universities.Based on the existing experience and the actual situation, this chapter makes further exploration on the way of party building in colleges and universities in the future.The conclusion of chapter five.Summarize the full text and put forward the direction of future efforts.This article mainly adopts the literature research method, the comparative analysis method, through carries on the contrast analysis to the already formed path, and takes this as the reference basis, thus carries on the thorough exploration to the future university party construction work path.The innovation of this paper is the innovation of the selected topic angle.On the one hand, it can give the leaders, managers and implementers engaged in the party building work in colleges and universities a certain reference and hint effect; on the other hand,It can bring some reference value to the research of related academic field.
