【摘要】：无论处在哪个时代，科学都是推动社会进步的重要力量。相应的，科学精神的弘扬和普及在任何时期都有现实意义，对大学生群体进行科学精神的培养必须常抓不懈。科学精神是人们在科学活动中所具备的意识和态度。近年来我国高等学校开始重视加强对大学生创新意识与创新能力的训练与培养，尽管如此，仍然要加强对大学生科学精神的培养，加强对大学生进行辩证唯物主义和科学社会主义理论的宣传教育，树立他们正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。科学精神的培养直接关系到国家创新能力的建设、现代大学的建设和大学生个人的发展等许多方面。欧美发达国家科学技术的发展日新月异，甚至可以用小时来衡量，每个小时都有可能有新的成果出现。剑桥大学和哈佛大学在二十世纪培养了众多的诺贝尔奖获得者，鼓励学生独立思考和大胆质疑，特别重视培养学生的批判性思考能力和创造性思考能力。科学精神的培养有助于大学生形成正确的学习态度、良好的学习风气和较高的辨别真伪的能力。高校要充分调动大学生的积极能动因素，激发大学生的创造力，积极地向大学生弘扬勇于批判、敢于创新的科学精神，才能使大学生群体努力地为社会主义的建设服务。培养大学生独立思考的能力直接关系到大学生创新精神的培养成败。激发大学生的创新意识，锻炼大学生的创新思维是保持大学生群体旺盛的脑力活动的手段之一，同时也能将他们的青春活力转化为社会建设的强大力量之一。学校应要求组织大学生参加科研活动，加强他们非习惯的思维和对事物的重新评价，使他们逐步学会提出新的思路。要充分利用大众媒体的沟通方法，普及科学知识、科学方法和科学精神，形成学习科学的时尚，，引导学生研究科学思想和科学方法。必须有健全的与科研活动相关的管理制度和机制，重塑科学的自我监管机制，从制度上消除学术造假的土壤。
[Abstract]:No matter in any age, science is an important force to promote social progress.Accordingly, carrying forward and popularizing the scientific spirit is of practical significance in any period, so the cultivation of the scientific spirit of the college students must be carried out unremittingly.Scientific spirit is the consciousness and attitude that people have in scientific activities.In recent years, colleges and universities in our country have begun to attach importance to strengthening the training and training of college students' innovative consciousness and ability. However, it is still necessary to strengthen the cultivation of college students' scientific spirit.Strengthen the propaganda and education of dialectical materialism and scientific socialism theory to establish their correct world outlook, outlook on life and values.The cultivation of scientific spirit is directly related to the construction of national innovation ability, the construction of modern universities and the development of college students.The rapid development of science and technology in developed countries in Europe and the United States can even be measured in hours, every hour may have new achievements.Cambridge University and Harvard University trained many Nobel Prize winners in the 20th century, encouraging students to think independently and question boldly, with special emphasis on critical thinking and creative thinking.The cultivation of scientific spirit helps college students to form a correct learning attitude, a good atmosphere of learning and a higher ability to distinguish between truth and falsehood.Colleges and universities should fully mobilize the active factors of college students, stimulate their creativity, actively carry forward the scientific spirit of bravely criticizing and daring to innovate to college students, in order to make the college students work hard to serve the construction of socialism.The cultivation of college students' ability of independent thinking is directly related to the success or failure of the cultivation of college students' innovative spirit.It is one of the means to maintain the vigorous mental activities of the college students to stimulate the innovative consciousness of the college students and to train the innovative thinking of the college students. At the same time, it can also transform their youthful vitality into one of the powerful forces in the social construction.College students should be asked to participate in scientific research activities to strengthen their unconventional thinking and re-evaluation of things so that they can gradually learn to put forward new ideas.It is necessary to make full use of the communication methods of mass media, popularize scientific knowledge, scientific methods and scientific spirit, form the fashion of learning science, and guide students to study scientific thoughts and methods.It is necessary to have a sound management system and mechanism related to scientific research, to reshape the scientific self-regulation mechanism, and to eliminate the soil of academic fraud from the system.
