我国高校创新实验班研究

【摘要】:从上世纪80年代开始,我国对教育改革和教育模式创新方面的研究逐渐深入。高校创新实验班就是我国高等教育模式的创新实践之一。高校创新实验班是我国高校尝试创新教育的探索,是我国本科教育阶段创新型人才培养的试验田。我国高校创新实验班从开始设立发展至今,逐渐形成了文科大类、理科大类、工科大类等不同大类的培养方向,形成了高校创新实验班不同的教育理念和培养模式。在发展过程中,,钱学森之问、创新国家建设、一流大学建设等加快了高校创新实验班的发展。在本文中,笔者系统地介绍了我国高校创新实验班的理论基础、发展历程等方面的问题,分别以浙江大学竺可桢学院工科实验班、北京大学元培计划文科实验班、南开大学伯苓班、对外经济贸易大学民生班、北京师范大学珠海分校创新创业实验班作为不同类别高校创新实验班进行研究,总结、分析我国高校创新实验班的发展现状及问题。同时,以山东财经大学创新实验班作为个案研究,以期为我国高校创新实验班以及山东财经大学创新实验班的发展提供理论依据和实践经验。 本文共有五个部分。首先,概述了本文的研究背景和研究意义,通过文献综述总结目前我国高校创新实验班的发展现状和研究成果,归纳出与本研究相关的内容,并且提出研究问题;其次,研究我国高校创新实验班的理论依据;第三,对我国高校创新实验班的发展历程、发展现状、发展趋势等进行分析,并指出了高校创新实验班发展存在的问题;第四,提出解决高校创新实验班存在问题的对策,为我国高校人才培养模式创新、高水平人才培养工作提供借鉴;最后,以山东财经大学创新实验班作为个案研究,研究其发展现状及存在问题,并针对山东财经大学创新实验班的问题提出相应对策,为山东财经大学创新实验班的发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Since 1980's, the research on education reform and educational model innovation in China has gradually deepened.The innovative experimental class in colleges and universities is one of the innovative practices of higher education in China.The experimental class of innovation in colleges and universities is the exploration of trying innovative education in colleges and universities in our country and the experimental field of cultivating innovative talents in the stage of undergraduate education in our country.Since the establishment and development of the experimental class of innovation in colleges and universities in China, it has gradually formed the training direction of different categories, such as liberal arts, science and engineering, and has formed different educational concepts and training models of innovative experimental classes in colleges and universities.In the process of development, Qian Xuesen's innovation national construction and first-class university construction have accelerated the development of innovative experimental classes in colleges and universities.In this paper, the author systematically introduces the theoretical basis and development process of the innovative experimental class in colleges and universities in our country, and takes the engineering experimental class of Zhu Kezhen College of Zhejiang University and the Yuanpei Plan Liberal Arts experiment Class of Peking University, respectively.The Boling Class of Nankai University, the Minsheng Class of the University of Foreign Economic and Trade, and the Experimental Class of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Beijing normal University Zhuhai Branch are studied and summarized as the innovative experimental classes of different types of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of innovative experimental classes in colleges and universities in China.At the same time, this paper takes the innovative experimental class of Shandong University of Finance and Economics as a case study, in order to provide the theoretical basis and practical experience for the development of the innovative experimental class and the innovative experimental class of Shandong University of Finance and Economics.There are five parts in this paper.First of all, it summarizes the research background and significance of this paper, summarizes the current situation and research results of innovative experimental classes in colleges and universities through literature review, summarizes the relevant contents of this study, and puts forward the research issues.This paper studies the theoretical basis of the innovative experimental class in colleges and universities in China. Thirdly, it analyzes the development course, current situation and development trend of the innovative experimental class in colleges and universities, and points out the problems existing in the development of the innovative experimental class in colleges and universities.The paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the experimental class of innovation in colleges and universities in order to provide reference for the innovation of talent training mode and the training of high-level talents in colleges and universities in China. Finally, the paper takes the experimental class of innovation of Shandong University of Finance and Economics as a case study.This paper studies the present situation and existing problems of the innovation experiment class of Shandong University of Finance and Economics, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the development of the innovative experimental class of Shandong University of Finance and Economics.
