基于激励视角下的外语院校学生干部管理研究

【摘要】:进入新世纪以来,随着改革开放与经济发展对学校教育教学质量提出的更高要求,寺别是面对开放、多元的信息社会时代,青年大学生的教育和培养面临许多新情况、新司题,科学有效的发挥学生干部队伍的作用,通过他们的自我教育、典型引领、模范带头,以及由学生干部形成的凝聚力、向心力和辐射力,成为实现学校教育和管理目标的重要渠道之一。 人才培养、科学研究、服务社会和文化引领是高等学校的基本任务。学生干部又是联结学生与学生、学生与老师和学生与学校之间的桥梁和纽带。但是,传统的学生干部队伍管理方式方法,不适应目前形势的变化,管理效果存在诸多不尽人意之处;许多高校教育管理者都认识到改变学生干部管理观念采取必要的激励机制已经迫在眉睫;积极探索学生干部队伍的激励机制并切实发挥其功效,促进学生干部在校期间完善自身的素养并发挥他们的工作积极性已成为高校教育管理者需要思考的问题。本文立足于高校学生教育管理的一般规律,借助调查外语院校(系)学生群体特别是学生干部的实际情况,分析外语院校学生干部传统激励工作中存在的问题,切实认清建立健全管理激励机制重要性与必要性。 为此,本文以外语院校为研究对象,采用了文献法、访谈法和问卷法相结合的方法,运用现有的国内外的激励机制分析学生干部管理的激励问题,全文由五个部分组成:第一章着重介绍本文的研究背景、目的和意义,简要介绍了使用的研究方法和研究思路,并阐述了本文的创新点及不足;第二章着重介绍学生干部管理的内涵,并对激励机制相关理论进行了综合阐述;第三章,在广泛接触学生干部,进行调查和访谈的基础上,描述了外语院校(系)学生干部管理的激励机制现状,并探究其存在的问题;第四章对外语院校(系)学生干部激励机制存在问题运用国内外的激励机制进行原因分析,为构建适合外语院校学生干部的激励机制提供理论依据;第五章针对学生干部激励管理的现状和存在的问题,在明确激励机制总体思路和基本原则的基础上,根据需求层次理论提出个性化激励的建议,构建适合外语院校学生干部的激励机制。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, with the higher demands on the quality of education and teaching put forward by the reform and opening up and economic development, the monastery is facing an open and pluralistic information society, and the education and training of young college students are faced with many new situations and new problems.To give full play to the role of student cadres scientifically and effectively, through their self-education, typical guidance, exemplary leadership, and the cohesive force, centripetal force and radiation force formed by student cadres,Become one of the important channels to realize the goal of school education and management.Talent training, scientific research, serving society and cultural guidance are the basic tasks of colleges and universities.Student cadres are the bridge between students and students, students and teachers and students and schools.However, the traditional methods of management of student cadres do not adapt to the changes of the current situation, and there are many unsatisfactory management results.Many university education administrators have realized that it is urgent to adopt the necessary incentive mechanism to change the concept of student cadres management, and actively explore the incentive mechanism of student cadres and give full play to its effectiveness.Promoting student cadres to improve their own accomplishment and bring their work enthusiasm into full play has become a problem that should be considered by university education administrators.Based on the general law of college students' education management, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional incentive work of student cadres in foreign language colleges and universities by investigating the actual situation of students' groups in foreign language colleges (departments), especially students' cadres.Recognize the importance and necessity of establishing sound management incentive mechanism.Therefore, this paper takes the foreign language colleges as the research object, adopts the literature method, the interview method and the questionnaire method, uses the existing domestic and foreign incentive mechanism to analyze the student cadre management incentive question.The paper is composed of five parts: the first chapter mainly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this paper, briefly introduces the research methods and research ideas, and expounds the innovative points and shortcomings of this paper;The second chapter mainly introduces the connotation of student cadre management, and expounds the relevant theory of incentive mechanism. Chapter three, on the basis of extensive contact with student cadres, investigation and interview,This paper describes the current situation of the incentive mechanism of student cadres in foreign language colleges (departments) and probes into its existing problems. Chapter four analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of student cadres in foreign language colleges and departments at home and abroad.The fifth chapter aims at the current situation and the existing problems of the student cadres' incentive management, on the basis of clarifying the general ideas and basic principles of the incentive mechanism, it provides a theoretical basis for the construction of a suitable incentive mechanism for student cadres in foreign language colleges and universities.According to the theory of hierarchy of needs, the author puts forward the suggestion of individualized encouragement and constructs the incentive mechanism suitable for foreign language college student cadres.
