美国高校学生事务管理专业化标准的发展及其意义

【摘要】：随着美国高校学生事务管理的发展,1979年美国成立高等教育标准促进委员会,其主要职能是为学生事务管理制定专业化标准。专业化标准使学生事务管理相关理论得到全面有效的实践,又从实践上促进学生事务管理理论的发展,同时通过理论和实践使学生事务管理工作者向个体专业化发展,从而不断促进美国高校学生事务管理的专业化进程。
[Abstract]:With the development of student affairs management in American colleges and universities, the higher Education Standards Promotion Committee was set up in 1979, whose main function is to set professional standards for student affairs management.The professional standard makes the relevant theories of student affairs management fully and effectively put into practice, and promotes the development of student affairs management theory in practice. At the same time, through theory and practice, the student affairs management workers develop to individual specialization.So as to promote the professional process of student affairs management in American colleges and universities.
