大学校长成为教育家面临的困境及其解决策略

【摘要】:随着我国高等教育进入大众化以后,目前我国高等教育的改革发展正处在关键时期。随着社会发展对高级创新人才和前沿性知识创新要求的不断提高,随着以人才为核心的国际竞争的不断加剧,一流大学与一流学科的建设显得更加重要,更加紧迫。为能有效地完成这一使命,就必须要有一大批爱岗敬业、治校有方、理念独特的大学校长来组织和引领大学。拿破仑曾经说过一句名言:“一头狮子率领的一群绵羊可以打败一头绵羊率领的一群狮子。”拿破仑的这句话道出了一位杰出的领导人,对组织成败与兴亡的重要性。大学组织亦然,大学校长不仅对大学继而对一个国家、一个民族也是十分重要的。作为大学校长就必须要有独立的教育观念、治校理念和创新思维。因为观念往往可以改变历史的轨迹,所以只有新的办学理念才有可能把大学带入一个崭新的时代。因此,大学校长必须要成为教育家。 21世纪我国高校的转型发展对大学校长的要求不断提高,大学校长成为我国大学不断创新和发展的原动力,也是中国大学步入世界一流大学的必然要求。由于大学校长的作用日益突出,大学校长已然成为引人注目的角色,与之相关的研究也逐渐成为学术界的热门话题。本文主要研究我国大学校长成为教育家存在的现实困境及其走出困境的相关策略,这一研究在理论和实践上都具有一定的探索性。为了使研究具有普遍意义,本研究在研究方法上坚持历史和现实、理论和实践相结合的原则。本文分为四部分:第一部分为绪论,对“大学校长成为教育家面临的困境及其解决策略”研究的相关问题予以了说明。譬如研究背景、研究价值、研究视角、研究方法等。第二部分主要从大学的本质、大学的发展、一流大学的形成和社会公众的期望等几个方面,分别系统的分析阐述了我国大学校长必须成为教育家的必要性。第三部分主要从我国大学校长的现状和大学校长相关制度存在的问题出发,分析并总结出我国当代大学校长成为教育家所面临的体制因素和大学校长自身因素两个方面的困境。第四部分主要针对本文第三部分提出的困境问题,并结合我国大学现实情况和相关政策的实际,从改革相关大学体制和加强大学校长自身素质建设两个方面提出我国大学校长成为教育家的策略。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education in China, the reform and development of higher education is in a critical period.With the development of society, the requirements of advanced innovative talents and frontier knowledge innovation are constantly raised, and the international competition with talents as the core intensifies, the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines becomes more important and urgent.In order to accomplish this mission effectively, it is necessary to have a large number of university presidents who love and work hard, have good management, and have unique ideas to organize and lead universities.Napoleon once said, "A flock of sheep led by a lion can defeat a flock of lions led by a sheep."Napoleon's words speak of the importance of an outstanding leader to the success and success of the organization.The same is true of university organizations, whose presidents are important not only to a university but also to a nation and a nation.As a university president, we must have independent educational concept, school management idea and innovative thinking.Because ideas can often change the course of history, only the new idea of running a school can bring the university into a new era.Therefore, the president of a university must become an educator.In the 21st century, the transformation and development of colleges and universities in our country require the university presidents to improve constantly. The university presidents become the motive force for the continuous innovation and development of the universities in our country, and are also the inevitable requirements for the Chinese universities to step into the world-class universities.Due to the increasingly prominent role of university presidents, university presidents have become a noticeable role, and related research has gradually become a hot topic in academia.This paper focuses on the practical dilemma of becoming an educator and the relevant strategies for getting out of it. This research has some explorations in theory and practice.In order to make the research of universal significance, this study adheres to the principle of the combination of history and reality, theory and practice.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which explains the problems related to the study of the plight of university presidents as educationalists and their solutions.For example, the research background, the research value, the research angle of view, the research method and so on.The second part mainly from the university essence, the university development, the first-class university formation and the social public expectation and so on several aspects, separately elaborated the necessity that our country university president must become educator.In the third part, the author analyzes and sums up the problems of the current situation of university presidents and the problems existing in the relative system of university presidents in our country, and summarizes the difficulties in two aspects: the institutional factors that the contemporary university presidents are faced with as educators and the university presidents' own factors.The fourth part mainly aims at the difficult problems raised in the third part of this paper, and combines the reality of our universities and the reality of relevant policies.From two aspects of reforming the relevant university system and strengthening the university president's own quality construction, this paper puts forward the strategies for the university president to become an educator in our country.
