高校辅导员角色冲突及定位研究

【摘要】:随着我国改革开放的不断扩大,社会主义市场经济的深入发展,社会经济成分、就业方式和利益关系等的日益多样化,西方生产方式和管理模式的迅猛拓展,这一浪潮冲击着我国的主流意识形态,无疑也对我国当代大学生的世界观、人生观和价值观产生了一定程度的影响,有利于大学生树立创新意识、培养成才意识和增强自我保护意识,与此同时,这一浪潮带来的负面影响也是不容忽视的,这就给大学生思想政治教育带来了巨大的挑战。作为高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍重要组成部分的高校辅导员,是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量、大学生人生的导航者、学业成才的指导者、大学生全面发展的培养者、大学生日常生活的管理者和校园文化的建设者,在促进大学生全面发展、培养社会主义事业合格建设者和接班人、维护高校和谐稳定发展等多方面肩负着重要职责。我国高校辅导员制度已经设立了五十多年,在促进大学生全面发展和大学生思想政治教育方面发挥了不可替代的决定性作用,其理论研究和实践也得到了不断充实。但是,随着社会转型和高等教育大众化的深入,高校辅导员工作面临着新任务、新课题和新挑战,工作内容已从单纯的思想政治工作、大学生日常事务管理等传统性工作拓展到大学生心理咨询、职业生涯规划等新职责,这些对高校辅导员的角色定位提出了新期望和新要求,而其角色定位准确与否直接关系到大学生的全面成长成才、高校的稳定发展乃至中国特色社会主义事业的兴旺发达。本文基于“角色”的定义,分析了来自于国家、高校和大学生对辅导员的角色期望和这些角色期望之间的冲突及产生的一系列问题,探讨了更加合理的高校辅导员的角色定位。本文分为四部分: 第一部分,分析和介绍了选题背景,研究综述,研究意义,研究重点、难点和创新之处等。第二部分,结合当今社会的意识形态,分别论述了国家、高校和大学生三个方面对高校辅导员的角色期望。第三部分,通过对角色冲突的解读,分析了高校辅导员角色内冲突和角色间冲突的原因及产生的问题。第四部分,根据社会各方面对高校辅导员的角色期望和当前高校辅导员角色冲突的原因及其产生的问题,,分别从高校辅导员的教育、管理和服务的三个职能出发,明确了新时期高校辅导员的角色定位。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of China's reform and opening up, the in-depth development of the socialist market economy, the increasing diversification of social and economic elements, employment methods and interest relations, and the rapid expansion of Western production methods and management models,This wave impacts on the mainstream ideology of our country, and undoubtedly has a certain degree of influence on the world outlook, outlook on life and values of contemporary college students in our country, which is conducive to the college students to establish a sense of innovation.At the same time, the negative influence brought by this tide can not be ignored, which brings great challenges to the ideological and political education of college students.As an important part of college teachers and management team, college counselors are the backbone of college students' ideological and political education, the guides of college students' life, the guides of academic development, and the cultivators of college students' all-round development.The administrators of college students' daily life and the builders of campus culture shoulder important responsibilities in promoting the all-round development of college students, cultivating qualified builders and successors of socialist cause, and maintaining the harmonious and stable development of colleges and universities.The system of college counselors in China has been established for more than 50 years, which has played an irreplaceable decisive role in promoting the all-round development of college students and ideological and political education of college students, and its theoretical research and practice have been constantly enriched.However, with the deepening of social transformation and popularization of higher education, the work of college counselors is faced with new tasks, new topics and new challenges. The content of the work has changed from pure ideological and political work.The traditional work of college students' daily affairs management extends to new responsibilities such as psychological consultation, career planning and so on, which put forward new expectations and requirements for the role orientation of college counselors.Whether the role orientation is accurate or not is directly related to the all-round growth of college students, the steady development of colleges and universities and the prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Based on the definition of "role", this paper analyzes the conflict and a series of problems arising from the role expectation and expectation of the counselors from the country, universities and college students, and probes into the role orientation of more reasonable university counselors.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part analyzes and introduces the background, research review, research significance, key points, difficulties and innovations.The second part, combined with the ideology of today's society, discusses the role expectation of college counselors in three aspects: the country, the university and the college students.In the third part, the author analyzes the causes and problems of the conflicts between roles and intra-role conflicts of college counselors.The fourth part, according to the social expectation of the role of college counselors and the causes and problems of the current conflict of the role of college counselors, respectively from the college counselors' three functions of education, management and service.It clarifies the role orientation of college counselors in the new period.
