大陆与台湾之间的学生流动研究

【摘要】：学生流动在全球化和高等教育国际化发展的今天已成为世界各国／地区之间教育交流的主要形式之一。大陆与台湾之间的学生流动作为一种特殊的学生区域流动,既不同于两个国家之间的学生流动,又有别于大陆与港澳之间的学生流动。本研究运用文献法和访谈法,梳理建国以来大陆与台湾之间学生流动政策的演变,分析两岸学生流动的实践发展,考察两地学生求学对岸的原因以及生活、学习状况。建国以来,大陆与台湾之间的学生流动政策经历了从无到有、从单向到双向四个发展阶段：两岸均无招收对岸学生政策的阶段(1949-1978年)、大陆招收台湾学生政策起步阶段(1979-1989年)、大陆招收台湾学生政策逐步规范阶段(1990-2007年)、双向的学生流动政策阶段(2008年至今)。政治因素是影响两岸学生流动政策的关键因素。两岸学生流动政策存在不对等性、政策的日的存在差别。两个方向的学生流动在数量和层次上存在差异,很不平衡。求学对岸的大陆学生和台湾学生在地域分布上相对集中。在专业选择上,两岸优势专业以及与金融、贸易相关的科系受到学生的青睐。好奇心驱使、渴望体验对岸的文化与生活、为未来发展考虑成为两岸学生求学对岸的共同原因。除此之外,还有专业兴趣、机缘巧合、随父母来大陆等原因。语言文化相通、距离近、花费少也是吸引两岸学生求学对岸的因素。家人、老师和同学或多或少地影响学生的选择。学生在选择学校时主要关注学校的排名、知名度与地理位置。两岸学生在对岸生活与学习的状况因人而异,感受大不相同。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization and internationalization of higher education, student mobility has become one of the main forms of educational exchange among countries and regions in the world.As a special regional flow of students, the flow of students between the mainland and Taiwan is not only different from that between the two countries, but also different from that between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao.This study uses literature and interviews to sort out the evolution of student mobility policy between the mainland and Taiwan since the founding of the people's Republic of China, analyze the practical development of student mobility on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and investigate the reasons why students from both sides of the Taiwan Strait study on the other side of the country and their living and learning conditions.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the policy of student mobility between the mainland and Taiwan has experienced from scratch.There are four stages of development from one way to the other: there is no policy of recruiting students from the other side of the Taiwan Strait from 1949 to 1978, the initial stage of the mainland's policy of recruiting students from Taiwan is 1979-1989, and the stage of gradually standardizing the policy of recruiting students from Taiwan in the mainland is in the period 1990-2007.Student Mobility Policy stage (2008-present).The political factor is the key factor that affects the policy of student mobility on both sides of the strait.The policy of student mobility on both sides of the Taiwan Strait is not equal, and the policy is different day by day.There are differences in the quantity and level of student mobility between the two directions, which is very uneven.Mainland students and Taiwanese students on the other side of the country are relatively concentrated in their geographical distribution.In the choice of major, cross-strait advantage major and related to finance, trade-related departments are favored by students.Curiosity, eager to experience culture and life on the other side, is the common reason for students on both sides of the strait to study and study on the other side for their future development.In addition, there are professional interests, coincidence, with their parents to the mainland and other reasons.Language and culture are close, cost less is also the attraction of students on both sides of the strait to study on the other side.Family, teachers and classmates more or less affect the choice of students.Students focus on school ranking, popularity and geographical location when choosing schools.The situation of students living and studying on the other side of the Taiwan Strait varies greatly from person to person.
