新时期我国青少年思想政治教育体系构建初探

【摘要】：对任何时代和民族来说,思想政治教育都是不可或缺的一部分,各统治阶级必然以国家主流意识形态对其国民进行思想政治教育。人类社会的发展和变迁必然导致人们的思想意识不断发生变化,思想政治教育的方法也应当随之改变。在这种时代背景下,对我国新时期青少年思想政治教育特别是进行其教育体系的构建,不仅是时代的呼唤,也是现实发展的需求。本论文立足于当下青少年思想政治教育的现实情境,以马列主义毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面贯彻落实科学发展观,借鉴国内外优秀经验,提出构建适合我国国情和新形势发展需要的青少年思想政治教育体系。论文首先分析了我国青少年思想政治教育工作存在的问题及面临的挑战。随着经济社会的深刻转型和变革,青少年思想政治教育面临许多问题,遭遇了前所未有的挑战,全球化进程、信息化、网络化对青少年思想政治教育带来了巨大的冲击,传统的青少年思想政治教育理论和教育方法不能适应新的形势,新的思想政治教育体系尚未建立。其次设想了青少年思想政治教育“新体系”的基本框架。主要从加强党的领导、建立健全青少年思想政治教育组织领导机构、强化政府职能、充分发挥群众组织的作用、调动家庭教育的主动性和积极性并充分发挥其功能、改进学校教育、发挥其他社会组织的作用、营造良好的社会氛围等方面论述新体系框架的构建。第三,提出了青少年思想政治教育“新体系”实施的途径和方法。主要包括建立家庭、学校、社会三位一体青少年思想政治教育机制,以人为本、确立青少年主体作用,教学结合、加强学校思想政治工作创新,创新理念、完善工作手段等四种途径和方法。当然,毕竟这是一个庞大的工程,以个人绵薄之力是无法完成的,只能做一些肤浅的初探,以期抛砖引玉。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is an indispensable part of any time and nation, and every ruling class must carry out ideological and political education to its people with the national mainstream ideology.The development and vicissitude of human society will inevitably lead to the change of people's ideological consciousness, and the methods of ideological and political education should also be changed.Under this background, it is not only the call of the times, but also the demand of the actual development to construct the ideological and political education of the teenagers in the new period of our country, especially the construction of its educational system.This thesis is based on the current situation of ideological and political education for teenagers, guided by Marxism-Leninist Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thought of "three represents", carries out the scientific concept of development in an all-round way, and draws lessons from outstanding experience at home and abroad.This paper puts forward the construction of ideological and political education system for teenagers which is suitable for the situation of our country and the development of new situation.Firstly, the paper analyzes the problems and challenges of ideological and political education for teenagers in China.With the profound transformation and transformation of economy and society, the ideological and political education of teenagers faces many problems and unprecedented challenges. The process of globalization, information technology and networking have brought great impact to the ideological and political education of teenagers.The traditional theory and method of ideological and political education for teenagers can not adapt to the new situation, and the new system of ideological and political education has not yet been established.Secondly, it envisions the basic frame of the new system of ideological and political education for teenagers.Mainly from strengthening the leadership of the Party, establishing and perfecting the leading organizations of ideological and political education for young people, strengthening the functions of the government, giving full play to the role of mass organizations, mobilizing the initiative and enthusiasm of family education, and giving full play to their functions,Improving school education, giving play to the role of other social organizations, creating a good social atmosphere and other aspects of the construction of a new system framework.Thirdly, it puts forward the ways and methods of implementing the new system of ideological and political education for teenagers.Mainly including the establishment of family, school, social Trinity ideological and political education mechanism, people-oriented, establish the main role of young people, teaching combination, strengthen the school ideological and political work innovation, innovative ideas,Perfect working means and other four ways and methods.Of course, after all, this is a huge project, can not be completed by a small personal force, can only do some superficial exploration, with a view to attracting jade.
