【摘要】：校园文化建设是学校整体工作的重要组成部分,也是学校综合办学水平的重要标志之一,对丰富师生校园生活、陶冶师生情操具有重要的作用。校园行为文化在校园文化的总体建设中居于核心地位,有着极为突出的作用。它既是校园人行为方式、人际关系的动态体现,也是学校精神和办学理念的外在表现。加强高校校园行为文化建设,不但对开拓师生员工的视野、提高师生员工的文化品德具有重要的促进作用,而且对学校整体发展及对社会的影响都将具有积极的作用。同比加强校园行为文化建设的研究,具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。本文共分五个部分。导论主要说明选题的背景、意义及研究现状、研究思路方法。第一章简要叙述了高校校园文化的产生和发展,并阐述了高校校园行为文化内涵、特征、地位和作用。第二章叙述当前高校校园行为文化建设的现状、取得的成绩和存在的问题,并剖析问题产生的原因。第三章叙述加强高校校园行为文化建设的理念和原则,以提供理论上的指导。第四章是本论文的重点,主要探讨了加强校园行为文化建设的思路和一系列具体途径,力图推动高校校园行为文化持续快速健康的发展,并促进校园文化的整体进步和发展。总之,高校校园行为文化是学校精神和理念的折射,也是学校整体实力的体现。加强高校校园行为文化建设,力图营造积极向上、生动活泼、品位高雅的校园环境,使师生员工心情愉悦、奋发有为,进而全面提升学校的品位和竞争力。
[Abstract]:The construction of campus culture is an important part of the overall work of the school, and also one of the important symbols of the comprehensive school running level. It plays an important role in enriching the campus life of teachers and students and in shaping the sentiment of teachers and students.Campus behavior culture plays an important role in the overall construction of campus culture.It is not only the dynamic embodiment of campus people's behavior and interpersonal relationship, but also the external expression of school spirit and school idea.Strengthening the construction of campus behavior culture not only plays an important role in promoting the development of the whole school and the society, but also plays an important role in promoting the visual field of teachers and students and improving the cultural character of teachers and students.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the construction of campus behavior culture.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction mainly explains the background, significance and research status of the topic.The first chapter briefly describes the emergence and development of campus culture, and expounds the connotation, characteristics, status and role of campus behavior culture.The second chapter describes the current situation of campus behavior culture construction, achievements and problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems.The third chapter describes the ideas and principles of strengthening campus behavior culture construction to provide theoretical guidance.The fourth chapter is the focal point of this thesis, mainly discusses the thought and a series of concrete ways to strengthen the campus behavior culture construction, tries hard to promote the university campus behavior culture to develop continuously, quickly and healthily, and promotes the campus culture the overall progress and the development.In a word, campus behavior culture is the reflection of school spirit and idea, and also the embodiment of school's overall strength.Strengthening the construction of campus behavior culture, trying to create a positive, lively, elegant campus environment, so that teachers and students happy mood, work hard to promote the school's taste and competitiveness.
