民办高校亟需进行三个转型

【摘要】：正目前,我国经济、社会已经进入以转型促发展的时期。这在客观上要求民办高校要跟上经济发展、企业转型升级的步伐,对学科建设、专业设置、教学内容、育人模式等进行创新,转型发展步伐自觉加快。时下,民办高校迫切需要抓好三个方面转型,以进一步提升办学水平和质量。一、由外延式发展向内涵式建设转型外延式发展是以事物的外部因素作为动力和资源的发展模式。它强调的是数量增长、规模扩大、空间拓展,主要是适应外部的需求表现出的外形扩张。高等教育的外延式发展主要表现在:学
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy, society has entered to promote the development of the transformation period. It is necessary for private universities to keep pace with the economic development, the pace of transformation and upgrading of enterprises, discipline construction, professional settings, teaching contents and educational mode of innovation, transformation and development step is consciously accelerated. Nowadays, private colleges urgently need the following three aspects of transformation, to further enhance the educational level and quality. First, from extensive development to connotative development in transformation extension development is based on the external factors of things as the development mode of power and resources. It is emphasized that the growth in the number, scale, spatial expansion, mainly to adapt to the external demand show the appearance of epitaxial expansion.
