感恩决策与大学校园感恩文化建设策略

【摘要】：近年来彭宇案"施恩负报"的影响导致小悦悦等社会冷漠事件不断发生,社会以及学校感恩文化氛围与中国优良传统感恩文化渐行渐远,感恩文化建设与感恩文化教育尤显紧迫和必要。本研究从行为决策出发,结合感恩心理特点分析大学生感恩决策中的体验效用、决策效用和预期效用对决策的影响,提出系统的校园感恩文化建设策略:以体验效用启发大学生"知恩",建设长期性校园感恩文化;以决策效用促进大学生"感恩",建设体验式校园感恩文化;以预期效用引导大学生"施恩",建设系统性校园感恩文化,为大学校园感恩文化建设与教育工作提供切实可行的策略与方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the impact of Peng Yu's case on "negative reports of kindness" has led to social apathy, such as Xiao Yue's, and the social and school culture of gratitude has been gradually distancing from China's fine traditional culture of gratitude. The construction of gratitude culture and education of gratitude culture are especially urgent and necessary. From the perspective of behavioral decision making and combining with the psychological characteristics of gratitude, this study analyzes the experiential utility of Thanksgiving decision, the influence of decision utility and expected utility on decision making. This paper puts forward systematic strategies of campus Thanksgiving culture construction: enlightening college students to know kindness with experience utility, constructing long-term campus Thanksgiving culture, promoting university students' gratitude with decision-making utility, constructing experiential campus Thanksgiving culture; In order to provide practical strategies and methods for the construction and education of Thanksgiving culture on university campuses, it can guide college students to "be gracious" and build a systematic culture of gratitude on campus.
