美英日与我国高校行政管理模式之比较分析

【摘要】：而对我国高校行政管理必须适应不断发展的市场经济体制的局面,为了使我国高校更好的实现人才培养、科学研究、服务社会的基本职能。我国学者在改进原有科层式管理模式的基础上,也提出了参与式管理模式与服务性管理模式两种理论模型。这王种现有的理论模式各有自己的特色。而在国外方面,由于主要的欧美国家经济起步要远早于我国,教育的重视程度也要高于我国,其高校行政管理模式的研究也在此基础上得到了长足的发展。在我国这些理论基础上,通过对于国外高校行政管理模式可取之处的借鉴,对于管理上的主要的一些弊端进行合理的改革与完善,进而更好的提高我国高校行政管理模式的管理效率。本文的研究内容主要包括五个部分：绪论部分,主要是阐述论文的研究目的、意义、视角方法、框架思路以及研究的主要创新点,论文的整体结构进行系统的描述；行政管理的概述,对于行政管理及模式的概念界定,特征的描述,以及我国的行政管理模式的发展历程进行阐述。明晰论文的主要研究目标；对我国学者所研究的主要的三种行政管理模式的系统描述,即科层式管理模式、参与式管理模式及服务型管理模式。对它们的模式概况进行详细描述以及管理上面的改革目标进行明确,以对下文提出的创新思路做铺垫；对美英日三个教育事业起步早,发展先进的国家的高校行政管理现状的研究,以找到我国高校管理改革可吸收借鉴的先进之处；本义的主要创新之处,在我国高校行政管理现状的分析以及美英日等过高校管理的借鉴基础上,提出我国高校行政管理的创新切入点。
[Abstract]:The administration of colleges and universities in our country must adapt to the situation of developing market economy system, in order to make our colleges and universities better realize the basic functions of talent training, scientific research and serving the society. On the basis of improving the original management model, Chinese scholars also put forward two theoretical models: participatory management model and service management model. The existing theoretical models of the king have their own characteristics. In foreign countries, because the major European and American countries started their economy far earlier than our country, the degree of attention to education is also higher than that of our country, and the research on the administrative mode of higher education has also developed greatly on this basis. On the basis of these theories in our country, through the reference to the administration mode of foreign colleges and universities, we can carry on the reasonable reform and perfection to some main malpractices of management. Then we can improve the management efficiency of the administrative management mode of colleges and universities in our country. The research content of this paper mainly includes five parts: the introduction part, mainly expounds the research goal, the significance, the visual angle method, the frame thought and the main innovation point of the research, the whole structure of the thesis is described systematically; The outline of administration, the definition of the concept of administration and mode, the description of characteristics, and the development course of administrative management mode in China. The main research objectives of the paper are clarified, and the systematic description of the three main administrative management models studied by Chinese scholars, namely, the hierarchical management model, the participatory management model and the service-oriented management model. The general situation of their models and the reform objectives above are described in detail, so as to lay the groundwork for the innovative ideas put forward below; the three educational undertakings of the United States, Britain and Japan started early. To develop the current situation of university administration in advanced countries in order to find out the advanced points that can be absorbed and used for reference in the reform of university management in our country; the main innovation of the original meaning, Based on the analysis of the present situation of university administration in our country and the reference from the United States, Britain and Japan, this paper puts forward the innovative breakthrough point of university administration in our country.
