“90后”大学生价值观教育对策研究

【摘要】:大学生价值观教育是一个较为热门的话题,伴随着2008年新一届大学生的入学,一大批出生于1990年以后的大学生迈入了大学校园,正如当年“80后”一代引起社会广泛关注一样,“90后”大学生也成为一个热词闯入人们的视野。“90后”大学生成长在一个比前几代人有着绝对优越性的社会环境中,众多的宠爱、良好的物质条件、丰富多彩的生活方式令他们的价值观有着显著的时代特征,如何对个性十足的他们实施有效的价值观教育,成为全社会关注的一个焦点。面对“90后”大学生表现出来的价值观的新特征和新问题,发挥教育手段,是保障他们健康成长的唯一手段,价值观教育是德育的灵魂,“90后”大学生价值观教育是高校思想政治教育工作的重要内容,对“90后”大学生实施具有针对性的价值观教育是引领他们完善自我、担当重任的保障。然而,目前我国的价值观教育存在诸如教育目标虚无、教育内容空洞等一系列的问题,这与当前社会的发展以及我国的教育战略方针极其不符合,研究适应新时期下的“90后”大学生价值观教育对策刻不容缓。 本文在认真研究相关文献的基础上,总结出我国“90后”大学生价值观具有价值主体自我化、价值取向功利化、价值观念现代化、多样化、复杂化等基本特征,从理论价值和实际价值两个层面阐述了“90后”大学生价值观的研究价值。通过设计问卷实施调查,揭示了当前我国“90后”大学生价值观的现状,分析了当前高校“90后”大学生价值观教育存在教育目标虚无、教育内容空洞、教育方法单一、教育评估体系缺失等问题,提出了加强和改进“90后”大学生正确价值观培养需“加强正面引导,树立正确的主导价值观”、“以校园文化建设为着力点,优化价值观的培养渠道”、“创新大学生价值观教育的模式,增强教育的针对性和实效性”和“构建‘90后’大学生价值观教育评估体系,加强教育监督”等对策。
[Abstract]:The education of college students' values is a hot topic. With the entrance of a new class of college students in 2008, a large number of college students who were born after 1990 have entered the university campus, just as the generation of "post-80s" has aroused widespread concern in the society. The "post-90s" college students have also become a hot word to break into people's vision. The "post-90s" college students have grown up in a social environment that has absolute superiority over previous generations, with a lot of pet and good material conditions. The rich and colorful way of life makes their values have remarkable characteristics of the times. How to carry out effective value education to them with full personality has become a focus of attention of the whole society. In the face of the new characteristics and problems of the values displayed by the post-90s college students, it is the only means to ensure their healthy growth that the education means is the soul of moral education. The value education of post-90s college students is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The implementation of targeted value education for post-90s college students is the guarantee to lead them to perfect themselves and take on important responsibilities. However, at present, there are a series of problems in the education of values in our country, such as the nihility of educational objectives and the empty contents of education, which are very inconsistent with the development of the current society and the educational strategic policy of our country. It is urgent to study the countermeasures of value education for the post-90s college students in the new period. Based on the study of relevant literature, this paper concludes that the values of the "post-90s" college students in our country have the basic characteristics of value subject, utilitarianism, modernization, diversification, complexity, etc. This paper expounds the research value of the post-90s college students' values from the two aspects of theoretical value and practical value. Through the investigation of designing questionnaire, this paper reveals the present situation of the values of the post-90s college students in our country, and analyzes that there are no educational objectives, empty educational contents and single educational methods in the value education of the post-90s college students in colleges and universities at present. This paper puts forward that strengthening and improving the cultivation of the correct values of the post-90s college students needs "strengthening the positive guidance, establishing the correct leading values" and "focusing on the construction of campus culture". Such countermeasures as "innovating the mode of value education for college students, enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of education" and "constructing the evaluation system of value education for post-90s college students and strengthening the supervision of education".
