论高校辅导员思想政治教育能力的提升

【摘要】:辅导员是高校思想政治教育工作的一线实践者,是大学生思想政治教育工作的主要承担者,对高校学生思想政治素养和道德水平的提高发挥着至关重要的作用。辅导员思想政治教育能力的水平不仅关系着高校思想政治工作的成效,而且间接影响着国家教育事业的全面发展。因此,在辅导员队伍专业化建设的背景下,研究辅导员思想政治教育能力的发展水平,,分析其存在问题的原因,进而探讨能力提升的途径,具有一定的现实意义。 随着国家加强对高校思想政治教育工作的重视以及网络迅速发展带来教育方式的多样化,辅导员思想政治教育能力的发展迎来了新机遇。同时,辅导员思想政治教育能力也存在一些问题,主要表现在:发展水平与学生思想政治教育的需求存在差距、发展体系未达到辅导员队伍专业化建设的要求、发展过程与辅导员个人的职业发展规划欠融合三方面。而社会缺乏必要的支持、高校制度建设不完善和辅导员个人发展动力不足则是辅导员思想政治教育能力发展面临困境的主要原因。 针对辅导员思想政治教育能力发展存在的问题和具体原因,应该从多方面来探讨其提升的路径:在社会方面,通过强化对思想政治教育能力建设的重视、明确思想政治教育能力的地位以及完善资金投入和政策引导来增强支持力度;在学校方面,通过提升准入门槛、建立科学考核和培训体系以及明确学工系统的分工来健全保障措施;在辅导员方面,按照思想政治教育工作的过程、结合不同阶段思想政治教育工作的任务提出具体的提升方法。与此同时,进一步强化辅导员服务意识的引领作用,发挥先进经验的指导作用,加强心理健康教育的疏导作用,以此来为辅导员思想政治教育能力提供持续性的发展动力。
[Abstract]:Counselors are the first line practitioners of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, as well as the main carriers of ideological and political education for college students. They play a vital role in improving the ideological and political literacy and moral level of college students. The ability of ideological and political education of counselors is not only related to the effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, but also indirectly affects the overall development of national education. Therefore, under the background of professional construction of counselors' contingent, it is of certain practical significance to study the development level of counselors' ideological and political education ability, to analyze the causes of their existing problems, and then to explore the ways to enhance their abilities. With the country's emphasis on ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the diversification of educational methods brought by the rapid development of the network, the development of counselors' ability of ideological and political education has ushered in a new opportunity. At the same time, there are some problems in the ability of ideological and political education of counselors, which are mainly reflected in: the gap between the level of development and the needs of students' ideological and political education, and the fact that the development system does not meet the requirements of the professional construction of counselors. The development process and personal career development planning of counselors are not integrated in three aspects. But the society lacks the necessary support, the university system construction is not perfect and the counselor individual development motive force is insufficient, is the counselor ideological and political education ability development to face the difficult position the main reason. In view of the problems and specific reasons of the development of the ability of ideological and political education of counselors, we should probe into the path of its promotion from many aspects: in the social aspect, we should pay more attention to the construction of the capacity of ideological and political education. To clarify the status of ideological and political education capacity and to improve financial input and policy guidance to enhance support; in schools, by raising the entry threshold, Establishing a scientific examination and training system and clarifying the division of labor between students and workers to improve the safeguard measures; in terms of counsellors, according to the process of ideological and political education, Combined with the task of ideological and political education in different stages, this paper puts forward specific promotion methods. At the same time, we should further strengthen the leading role of counselors' service consciousness, give play to the guiding role of advanced experience, and strengthen the guidance role of mental health education, so as to provide a sustained development power for the counselors' ideological and political education ability.
