高等农业院校思想政治教育实效性研究

【摘要】:高等农业院校的教育是农业教育的龙头,承担着服务“三农”发展和为祖国农业提供人才保障和智力保障的教育重任。提高思想政治教育实效性又是高等农业院校思想政治教育任务的重中之重,因此具有着特殊的意义。 本文用哲学与一般思维方法进行研究,通过研究分析所收集的材料和文献加以组织与论证最后撰写成文。对高等农业院校大学生思想政治教育的现状,所存在的问题进行了分析,及比较和借鉴国外思想政治教育的理论打破了高等农业院校传统的计划经济时代的教育方式,深刻和创新的研究了提高新时期高等农业院校思想政治教育的实效性措施。为以培养出合格的农业人才做出了理论的借鉴。 论文的创新之处是第五部分,把高等农业院校思想政治教育实效性所存在的问题。把握这些问题的关键提出了新的建议强化心里疏导、调动学生参与的积极性、培养其独立思考的能力、创新意识和创新精神、唤起创新的责任感和紧迫感、树立创新的自信心。从而使思想政治教育、道德修养课的理论性、原则性和灵活性特点得到进一步增强,达到了增强思想政治教育的实效性。文章主要由六个部分来组成。 第一部分:前言,主要介绍选题背景,选择研究高等农业院校思想政治教育实效性研究的原因、高校思想政治教育实效性研究意义和研究现状,以及高等农业院校思想政治教育实效性研究的理论依据和内涵,说明了研究高等农业院校思想政治教育实效性的可行性。 第二部分:通过高等农业院校思想政治教育的特点、辅导员在思想政治教育中所起到的作用、思想教育政治理论课的作用以及学校组织的宣传活动,在思想政治教育中的补充作用,分析了现在高等农业院校思想政治教育的现状。 第三部分:从西方发达国家高校思想政治教育方式的特点以及国外思想政治教育实效性和我高校思想政治教育的比较,探讨了国外的高校思想教育实效性对我国农业高校思想政治教育实效性的借鉴。 第四部分:从思想政治教育灵活性弱化、开放的社会环境对学生的不良影响、学生的心理问题突出、思想政治教育可持续发展观念不强四方面分析出了高等农业院校思想政治教育实效性所存在的问题。 第五部分:本文针对增强高等农业院校思想政治教育实效性出现的问题进行逐步剖析并提出改进措施。
[Abstract]:The education of agricultural colleges and universities is the leading agricultural education, which is responsible for serving the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and providing talents and intelligence security for the agriculture of the motherland. Improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education is the most important task of agricultural colleges and universities, so it has special significance. In this paper, philosophy and general thinking methods are used to study, through research and analysis of the materials and documents collected to organize and demonstrate the final writing. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of ideological and political education for agricultural college students, and compares and draws lessons from the theory of ideological and political education in foreign countries, which breaks the traditional education mode of planned economy in agricultural colleges and universities. This paper deeply and innovatively studies the practical measures to improve the ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and universities in the new period. In order to train qualified agricultural talents to make a theoretical reference. The innovation of this paper is the fifth part, which puts forward the problems of the actual effect of ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and universities. To grasp the key points of these problems, new suggestions are put forward to strengthen psychological guidance, arouse students' enthusiasm for participation, cultivate their ability of independent thinking, sense of innovation and spirit of innovation, arouse sense of responsibility and urgency of innovation, and establish self-confidence of innovation. Thus, the characteristics of theory, principle and flexibility of ideological and political education and moral cultivation course are further enhanced, and the actual effect of ideological and political education has been enhanced. The article mainly consists of six parts. The first part: the preface, mainly introduces the selected topic background, chooses to study the reason of the actual effect research of the ideological and political education in the agricultural university, the significance and the research present situation of the actual effect research of the ideological and political education in the university. The theoretical basis and connotation of the study on the effectiveness of ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and universities show the feasibility of studying the effectiveness of ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and universities. The second part: through the characteristics of ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and universities, the role played by counselors in ideological and political education, the role of ideological and political theory courses and the propaganda activities organized by the school, This paper analyzes the present situation of ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and universities. The third part: the characteristics of ideological and political education in western developed countries, and the comparison between the actual effect of ideological and political education in foreign countries and the ideological and political education in our colleges and universities. This paper probes into the practical effect of ideological education in foreign universities and colleges for reference to the effectiveness of ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and universities in China. The fourth part: from the weakening of the flexibility of ideological and political education, the negative impact of open social environment on students, the psychological problems of students are prominent. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the effectiveness of ideological and political education in agricultural colleges from four aspects: the concept of sustainable development of ideological and political education is not strong. The fifth part: this paper analyzes the problems of enhancing the actual effect of ideological and political education in agricultural colleges and puts forward some improvement measures.
