吉利根性别伦理观对大学生思想政治教育的启示

【摘要】:中共中央、国务院在《关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》中要求思想政治教育应“解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,坚持以人为本,贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生,努力提高思想政治教育的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力。”但在高校思想政治教育中,教育者常常会忽视了学生的性别差异,缺少对男女大学生性别个性的关注,影响了思想政治教育的教育效果,不利于大学生身心的健康发展。 吉利根从性别视角研究男女的道德发展,通过实证研究,在借鉴和批判传统道德发展理论的基础之上,形成了男女道德发展不同路线的性别伦理观。借用其性别伦理观的一般原则,分析当前思想政治教育中男女大学生在思想上、心理上、行为上的性别个性,从性别角度审视当前的思想政治教育,不仅开阔了思想政治教育研究视野,而且有利于提高思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,促进大学生全面协调发展。 除序言和结语外,全文分为三个部分。第一部分介绍了吉利根性别伦理观的思想来源、主要内容及其积极意义。第二部分主要阐述了大学生思想政治教育中忽视性别差异的现状,分析造成这种现状的原因。第三部分结合吉利根的性别伦理观及我国目前思想政治教育的实际,概括总结性别视角对我国高校思想政治教育的几点启示。
[Abstract]:The Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and the State Council demanded that ideological and political education should be " liberalizing the minds , seeking truth from facts , keeping pace with the times , adhering to the people - oriented , making efforts to improve the pertinence , effectiveness and attraction of ideological and political education . " However , in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities , the educators often ignored the gender differences of students , and the lack of attention to the gender identity of male and female students affected the educational effects of ideological and political education .
Based on the theory of gender ethics , the author analyzes the gender identity of male and female students in ideological and political education , and examines the current ideological and political education from the perspective of gender . It not only opens up the field of ideological and political education research , but also helps to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education and promote the overall coordinated development of college students .
In addition to the preface and the conclusion , the whole text is divided into three parts . The first part introduces the ideological source , the main contents and the positive significance of the idea of gender ethics . The second part mainly expounds the current situation of ignoring the gender difference in college students ' ideological and political education , and analyzes the causes of this situation .
