知识社会视野中的学位制度

【摘要】：人类社会正处于工业社会向知识社会的转型中。在即将到来的知识社会中,社会各方面将发生巨大变革,经济、科技、文化等方面将会呈现出新的面貌。创新将是知识社会发展的动力,而知识的创新则是社会的核心。在知识社会的背景中,学位制度也将经历一场前所未有的革新。随着高等教育由大众化向普及化方向发展,人们越来越关注学位的作用,特别是当今“学位贬值”问题一直是人们讨论的焦点。在新的社会背景下,学位的发展将何去何从,学位制度将如何建设和完善,成为人们关心的问题。本研究结合知识社会来临的时代背景,通过分析知识社会中影响学位制度变革的因素,进而总结学位制度未来的发展趋势。知识社会中,学位的重要性不言而喻,学位制度的变革更是时代的要求。因此,在新的时代背景下,开展对学位制度的研究尤显必要。本研究围绕“知识社会视野中的学位制度”这一研究主题,按照学位制度面临的挑战——影响因素——变革趋势这一思路展开。首先提出了知识社会中学位制度面临的挑战,着重阐述了学位制度的现状与问题以及知识社会来临与学位制度变革的关系。接着从三个大的方面分析了知识社会中影响学位制度变迁的因素,即知识经济、信息技术和社会转型对学位制度变迁的影响。最后,文章在总结上述影响知识社会变革因素的基础上,归纳出学位制度未来的发展趋势。论文综合当前学位制度的现状和其自身发展规律及外部环境的影响,总结出了学位制度未来发展的三个方向,即学位性质的多样化、学位标准的透明性和学位互认的全球化。
[Abstract]:Human society is in the transition from industrial society to knowledge society. In the coming knowledge society, great changes will take place in all aspects of society, such as economy, science and technology, culture and so on. Innovation will be the motive force for the development of knowledge society, and knowledge innovation is the core of society. In the context of the knowledge society, the degree system will also experience an unprecedented innovation. With the development of higher education from popularization to popularization, people pay more and more attention to the role of degree, especially the issue of "degree devaluation" has been the focus of discussion. In the new social background, the development of the degree will follow, the degree system will be how to build and perfect, become people's concern. Based on the background of the coming knowledge society, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the reform of the degree system in the knowledge society, and then summarizes the development trend of the degree system in the future. In the knowledge society, the importance of the degree is self-evident, and the reform of the degree system is the requirement of the times. Therefore, in the new era background, it is necessary to carry out the research on the degree system. This study revolves around the subject of "degree system in the field of view of knowledge society", according to the idea of the challenge of degree system-the influence factor-the trend of change. First of all, this paper puts forward the challenge of the secondary school position system in the knowledge society, and emphatically expounds the present situation and problems of the degree system and the relationship between the coming of the knowledge society and the reform of the degree system. Then it analyzes the factors that affect the degree system change in the knowledge society, that is, knowledge economy, information technology and social transformation. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the above factors, the paper concludes the development trend of the degree system in the future. This paper synthesizes the present situation of the degree system, its own law of development and the influence of the external environment, and summarizes three directions of the future development of the degree system, namely, the diversification of the degree nature, the transparency of the degree standard and the globalization of the mutual recognition of the degree.
