新疆高校内地学生的文化适应调查研究

【摘要】：新疆自古以来就是一个多民族、多语言、多文化、多宗教汇聚地区，特殊的区域生态文化使得内地学生在新疆高校学习生活中必然面临文化适应问题。理性地面对这一问题，分析内地学生的文化适应情况，可促进学校管理工作的有效性和针对性，并从教育管理的角度探讨学校可以提供的支持。论文共分为五个部分。第一部分引言，主要阐述选题的缘由、研究目的、研究意义、核心概念的界定、相关理论的简介等。第二部分是论文的研究设计，从研究方法、研究对象、问卷设计三个方面来分析，，进一步介绍了问卷调查的方法及取样途径。第三部分主要通过对新疆师范大学的220名内地学生的问卷调查及访谈，从来新疆之前的印象、在新疆初期的感受以及在新疆的文化适应三个方面，阐释新疆高校内地学生的文化适应状况。第四部分主要从学校管理工作中存在的局限性以及学生自身原因两个方面，进一步分析内地学生文化适应的影响因素。第五部分基于以上调查和分析，提出加强内地学生文化适应的策略。论文提出了几点改进建议：（1）立足于高校学生管理工作，关注来疆求学的学生在学习生活中的文化适应问题；（2）内地学生应该主动作为，调整心态积极适应。结语部分是对文章进行总结，并对文章研究的局限性做出说明，以明确今后完善研究的方向。希望这些研究能对内地学生在新疆的文化适应情况有些许帮助。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang has been a multi-ethnic, multi-language, multi-cultural and multi-religious area since ancient times. The special regional ecological culture makes the inland students inevitably face the problem of cultural adaptation in the study and life of Xinjiang colleges and universities. Facing this problem rationally and analyzing the cultural adaptation of inland students, it can promote the effectiveness and pertinence of the school management, and discuss the support that the school can provide from the angle of education management. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the reason, research purpose, research significance, the definition of core concepts, the brief introduction of relevant theories and so on. The second part is the research design of the paper, from the research method, the research object, the questionnaire design three aspects to analyze, has further introduced the questionnaire survey method and the sampling way. The third part mainly through the questionnaire survey and interview to 220 inland students of Xinjiang normal University, from three aspects: the impression before Xinjiang, the feeling in the early stage of Xinjiang and the cultural adaptation in Xinjiang. Explain the cultural adaptation of inland students in Xinjiang colleges and universities. The fourth part mainly analyzes the influence factors of inland students' cultural adaptation from two aspects: the limitations of school management and the students' own reasons. The fifth part, based on the above investigation and analysis, puts forward strategies to strengthen the cultural adaptation of mainland students. This paper puts forward several suggestions for improvement: (1) based on the management of college students and paying attention to the cultural adaptation of the students who come to Xinjiang to study and life. (2) mainland students should take the initiative and adjust their mentality to adapt actively. The conclusion part is a summary of the article, and the limitations of the article to clarify the direction of future research. It is hoped that these studies will be helpful to the cultural adaptation of mainland students in Xinjiang.
