政治信任对大学生突发性事件参与行为倾向的影响研究

【摘要】:近年来,自然灾害、安全事故、公共卫生事件等各类突发性事件频繁发生,各种社会风险和不稳定因素凸显,这对我国经济发展、社会稳定以及人们正常的生活都产生许多负面的影响。这些凸显社会矛盾的群体性事件,对于高校而言,可以看作是突发性事件,如果处理不当,就容易引发学生群体行为。因此,本研究从政治信任出发,探讨其对大学生突发事件参与行为倾向的影响机制,以期抑制或减少群体性事件的发生,为保障校园安全稳定提供理论指导。 本研究在考察往研究的基础上,通过访谈、开放式问卷进行调查,并结合专家的意见编制题项,对广西两所学校的500名大学生进行预测验,结果证实大学生政治信任三维度结构是可以接受的,自编的《大学生政治信任问卷》具有良好的信度和效度,可用于测量大学生的政治信任水平;另外,对改编的《大学生突发性事件参与行为倾向问卷》进行验证性因素分析,结果表明其四维度结构的各项拟合指标基本符合要求。 采用《大学生政治信任问卷》和《大学生突发性事件参与行为倾向问卷》对广西区内4所高校的821名大学生进行正式施测,结果表明: 1.大学生的政治信任水平处于较高的水平,大学生价值认同水平最高,其次是政治成果,最低的是执政能力与态度。 2.性别、年级、学科、父母政治面貌和是否学生干部都对大学生的政治信任有显著的影响,而个体的政治面貌对政治信任无显著影响。 3.性别、年级、父母政治面貌和是否学生干部都对大学生突发性事件参与行为倾向有显著的影响,而个体的政治面貌和学科对参与行为倾向无显著影响。 4.政治信任及其各维度与突发性事件参与行为倾向中的个人积极、社会积极两个维度显著正相关;与个人消极、社会消极行为显著负相关。 5.大学生政治信任对突发性事件参与行为倾向具有显著的预测作用;控制人口学变量后,政治信任对个人积极行为倾向的预测效应消失;价值认同负向预测个人消极行为倾向;政治成果正向预测社会积极行为倾向;执政能力与态度负向预测社会消极行为倾向。 在实证研究的基础上,本研究提出高校管理者应正确认识到政治信任对大学生突发性事件参与行为倾向的影响,国家应加强弘扬中国传统文化精神,坚持社会主义市场经济,继续推动体制改革,推进制度创新,加强官员队伍建设,发挥主流媒体作用,增强信息的透明度;学校应加强大学生思想政治教育,多形式提高教育成效,加强学生干部、学生党员的模范带头作用,建立突发事件预案,完善高校心理健康教育体系,加强特殊人群的心理疏导,全面维护高校稳定。
[Abstract]:In recent years, natural disasters, safety accidents, public health incidents and other unexpected events have occurred frequently, and various social risks and unstable factors have become prominent, which has contributed to the economic development of our country. Social stability and the normal life of people have many negative effects. These group events, which highlight social contradictions, can be regarded as sudden events for colleges and universities. If they are not handled properly, they will easily lead to group behavior of students. Therefore, from the perspective of political trust, this study explores the mechanism of its influence on college students' tendency to participate in unexpected events, in order to restrain or reduce the occurrence of mass incidents, and to provide theoretical guidance for ensuring the safety and stability of campus. On the basis of investigation and study, this study investigated 500 college students in two Guangxi schools through interviews, open questionnaires and experts' opinions. The results show that the three-dimension structure of college students' political trust is acceptable, and the self-designed questionnaire has good reliability and validity, which can be used to measure the level of political trust of college students. A confirmatory factor analysis was carried out on the adapted questionnaire of College students'Participative behavior propensity to participate in sudden events. The results showed that the fitting indexes of its four-dimensional structure basically met the requirements. In this paper, 821 college students in four universities in Guangxi were tested with the questionnaire of College students' political Trust and the questionnaire of College students'Participative behavior tendency of sudden events. The results showed that: 1. The level of college students' political trust is at a higher level, the level of university students' value identity is the highest, the next is political achievement, and the lowest is their ruling ability and attitude. 2. Gender, grade, subject, parents' political outlook and whether students' cadres have significant influence on college students' political trust, while individual's political outlook has no significant influence on political trust. 3. Gender, grade, parents' political outlook and whether students' cadres have a significant influence on college students' tendency to participate in unexpected events, while the individual's political outlook and discipline have no significant influence on the tendency to participate in behavior. 4. Political trust and its dimensions are positively correlated with the individual positive in the tendency to participate in unexpected events, and positively correlated with the two dimensions of social positive, and negatively correlated with the negative individual and negative social behavior. 5. After controlling demographic variables, the predictive effect of political trust on individual positive behavior tendency disappeared, and value identity negatively predicted individual negative behavior tendency. The political achievement positively predicts the social positive behavior tendency, and the ruling ability and the attitude negatively predict the social negative behavior tendency. On the basis of empirical research, this study suggests that university administrators should correctly recognize the influence of political trust on college students' tendency to participate in unexpected events, and the state should strengthen the spirit of Chinese traditional culture and adhere to the socialist market economy. We should continue to promote the reform of the system, promote institutional innovation, strengthen the building of the ranks of officials, give play to the role of the mainstream media, and enhance the transparency of information. Schools should strengthen ideological and political education for college students, improve the effectiveness of education in various forms, and strengthen student cadres. Student Party members should take the lead in setting up contingency plans, perfecting the system of mental health education in colleges and universities, strengthening the psychological guidance of special people, and maintaining the stability of colleges and universities in an all-round way.
