山东省护理本科院校的学科建设分析

【摘要】:学科是高校实施人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的载体。学科建设是高校工作的核心,是高校建设发展的重要内容,是展示大学学术水平和办学能力的主要标志。学科建设有丰富的内容,包括多个层面和要素。从学科建设的层次来讲,它包括重点学科建设,一般学科建设,非优势学科和优势学科建设,按照学位授权范围又可分为一级学科、二级学科和三级学科建设。从学科建设的内容来讲,包括学科的学术队伍,科学研究,基础设施等。从学科建设的学术体系来讲,又包括学科的理论建设和学术规范建设。 本研究以“学科的建设内容”为基本范畴,探讨山东省护理本科院校在科学研究,师资队伍,基础建设等方面的现状及存在的问题,并提出解决策略。不涉及护理学科建设的理论探讨。 本研究阐释了学科、专业、学科建设等相关概念,通过山东省教育厅网站公布的信息,对省内具有护理本科办学资格的院校数量和分布有了初步了解,然后,对各护理本科院校师资队伍、基础建设、科学研究等方面进行了问卷调查,调查显示山东省护理本科院校存在着缺乏学科独立意识,学科建设概念模糊,办学规模与质量失衡,研究生培养规模不够,师资队伍数量不足,结构不合理,科研实力薄弱,基础设施落后等问题。 围绕上述问题,提出山东省护理本科院校在加强学科建设方面,应该重视以下几方面的工作:一是科学管理,加强师资队伍建设。从学院方面完善教师队伍管理制度,为教师提高学历,争取研修提供平台与条件,从政府方面在学科带头人的遴选制度上对一般本科院校和民办本科院校有所倾斜。二是增加投入,加强基础设施建设。基础设施是学科建设的主要场所和条件,要确立基础设施建设的目标,专项经费管理,确立管理制度,加强监督等各方面进行基础设施建设。三是立足现状,加强科研工作力度,对山东省各护理本科院校科研现状存在的问题进行分析并提出相关建议。四是调控结构,多层次并举培养护理人才。要根据各学校办学层次间的差异,在山东省内形成精英教育与大众化教育并举,既要培养博士、硕士护理人才,又要调控护理本、专科应用型人才培养,同时试点发展长学制护理精英教育。
[Abstract]:Discipline is the carrier of talent training, scientific research and social service in colleges and universities. Discipline construction is the core of the university work, the important content of the university construction and development, and the main symbol of showing the academic level and the running ability of the university. Discipline construction has rich content, including many levels and elements. From the level of discipline construction, it includes key discipline construction, general discipline construction, non-advantage discipline and advantage discipline construction. According to the scope of degree authorization, it can be divided into one discipline, two disciplines and three disciplines construction. From the content of discipline construction, including the academic team, scientific research, infrastructure and so on. From the academic system of discipline construction, it also includes theoretical construction and academic standard construction. This research takes "subject construction content" as the basic category, discusses the present situation and existing problems in scientific research, teaching staff, infrastructure construction, and puts forward solving strategies in Shandong nursing undergraduate colleges and universities. It does not involve the theoretical discussion of nursing discipline construction. This study explains the related concepts of discipline, specialty, discipline construction and so on. Through the information published on the website of Shandong Education Department, we have a preliminary understanding of the number and distribution of colleges and universities with undergraduate nursing qualifications in the province, and then, A questionnaire survey was conducted on the teaching staff, infrastructure construction, scientific research and other aspects of nursing undergraduate colleges in Shandong Province. The investigation showed that there was a lack of discipline independence consciousness, the concept of discipline construction was vague, and the scale and quality of running a school was out of balance in Shandong Province. The scale of graduate training is not enough, the number of teachers is insufficient, the structure is unreasonable, the strength of scientific research is weak, and the infrastructure is backward. On the basis of the above problems, the author points out that in strengthening the discipline construction of nursing colleges in Shandong Province, we should pay attention to the following aspects: first, scientific management and strengthening the construction of teaching staff. From the aspect of colleges, we should perfect the management system of teachers' ranks, improve teachers' academic qualifications, and strive to provide the platform and conditions for the study, and from the government's aspect, the selection system of the leaders of the discipline should be inclined to the general undergraduate colleges and private undergraduate colleges. Second, increase investment and strengthen infrastructure construction. Infrastructure is the main place and condition for discipline construction. It is necessary to establish the target of infrastructure construction, special fund management, establish management system, strengthen supervision and other aspects of infrastructure construction. Third, based on the current situation, strengthen the intensity of scientific research, and analyze the existing problems of the current situation of nursing colleges and universities in Shandong Province, and put forward some relevant suggestions. Fourth, the structure of regulation and control, multi-level training of nursing personnel. In light of the differences in the levels of running schools in Shandong Province, elite education and mass education should be developed simultaneously. It is necessary to train doctors and master nursing talents, as well as adjust and control nursing capital and train specialized and applied talents. At the same time pilot development of long-term nursing elite education.
