【摘要】：大学生内约束力培养研究是应时代发展而提出的一个新课题。随着我国改革开放的不断深入,市场经济竞争日益加剧,社会利益格局发生着深刻的变化,人们在处理自我与他人、自我与社会及自我与自然的关系时心态中的非理性因素逐渐显现,其焦虑心理、弱势心理、强烈的不公平感以及不择手段的急功近利、浮躁等,亦对大学生群体产生冲击,导致一些学生心态恶化,行为扭曲,甚至出现校园暴力、个体自杀等事件。本研究认为,对这些非理性心态外约束力作用有限,要想改变和解决这些问题,必须培养和提高大学生的内约束力。本研究将内约束力定义为：个体受先天向群性和后天社会化的双重作用而产生的以善为取向对自我行为约束的内部力量。这种内部力量存在于人与人、人与社会、人与自然的关系处理中,是个体在处理这三者关系时出现的对自我行为进行约束的内部正向力量,其目的在于维系个体外部环境的和谐且促进自我的全面发展。本文写作思路：定义确定——问卷编制——现状调查——影响因素分析——对策建议。应用课题组自编《大学生内约束力调查问卷》,对江西省四所高校600名大学生进行内约束力水平调查并选取部分学生开展访谈。结果显示： 1)当代大学生内约束力水平尚可,特别是群性认知、友好交往、抑制冲动能力水平较高,但在关怀社会和抵制诱惑两个维度上较低； 2)大学生内约束力水平在性别、年级、是否党员及是否独生子女方面存在显著差异；在不同专业类别、本专科、父母最高受教育程度、生源地方面不存在显著差异； 3)社会环境、学校教育、家庭教养方式及大学生自身因素是影响大学生内约束力的主要因素。最后,本研究从大学生自身角度出发,通过培养大学生健全的自我意识、科学的价值取向及理性的自我行为管理能力来提高内约束力水平；并提出内约束力培养的三个阶段“内化——外化——固化”。
[Abstract]:The study of internal binding force cultivation of college students is a new subject in response to the development of the times. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the competition in the market economy is intensifying day by day, and the pattern of social interests is undergoing profound changes. People are dealing with themselves and others. The irrational factors in the psychology of self and society and between self and nature gradually appear, such as anxiety, weakness, strong sense of injustice, quick success and quick profit, impetuosity and so on, which also have an impact on the group of college students. Causes some students to worsen the mentality, the behavior distortion, even appears the campus violence, the individual suicide and so on. The present study holds that the external binding effect on these irrational attitudes is limited. In order to change and solve these problems, it is necessary to cultivate and improve the internal binding force of college students. In this study, internal binding force is defined as the internal force of good orientation on self-behavior constraint caused by the dual action of innate orientation and acquired socialization. This internal force exists in the handling of the relationship between man and man, between man and society, and between man and nature. Its purpose is to maintain the harmony of individual external environment and to promote the overall development of self. This paper is composed of definition determination, questionnaire compilation, current investigation, analysis of influencing factors, and countermeasures and suggestions. In this paper, 600 college students from four universities in Jiangxi province were investigated with the questionnaire of internal binding force, and some of them were interviewed. The results show that: 1) the level of internal binding force of contemporary college students is quite good, especially group cognition, friendly communication and impulse suppression ability, but it is lower in two dimensions of caring for the society and resisting temptation; 2) there were significant differences in the binding level of college students in terms of gender, grade, party member and only child, but there was no significant difference in different professional categories, colleges, parents' highest education level and student origin; 3) Social environment, school education, family rearing style and college students themselves are the main factors affecting the internal binding force of college students. Finally, from the point of view of college students themselves, this study raises the level of internal binding force by cultivating students' sound self-consciousness, scientific value orientation and rational self-behavior management ability. Three stages of internal binding force culture are put forward: internalization-externalization-solidification.
