高校工科实验室知识形成的研究

【摘要】:自西方知识社会学研究开始对实验室进行人类学考察,实验室研究为社会学、科技哲学等学科带来的收益已经远远超出研究开始时的预期。在已有的研究中人们给予科学实验室和工业实验室更多的关注,却鲜有对工科实验室的研究。工科实验室作为链接科学与技术、工程、社会的重要角色,在国家创新体系中有其独特的地位。因此对工科实验室知识形成的研究,,对于已有的科学知识社会学和技术社会学的研究是一种理论的扩展,同时对中国创新型国家建设以及自主创新问题具有重要的现实意义。 本研究首先梳理实验室的发展历史,实验室的发展经历科学实验室、工业实验室和高校的工科实验室等形态,每种实验室形态的形成都有其各种的背景和历史。在此基础上揭示了工科实验室和以往实验室的区别和联系,高校工科实验室的形成是基于某种关系网,关系网包含着包括利益,兴趣,政治等因素。为了更具体地说明高校工科实验室知识形成的微观过程,本研究通过对微生物发酵技术转化课题进行具体案例分析,在研究过程中本文围绕课题考察了课题的提供方和高校实验室之间关系、实验室内部成员之间的互动形式以及实验人员如何解决理论与现实矛盾等场景,得出高校工科实验室知识形成取决于在各种特定情境下主体之间的互动。并指出工科实验室知识是认知逻辑和建构逻辑共同作用,形成于主客消融情境中的特殊知识形态,这种知识不仅增进了人们对事物的认识,也增强了人们对于自身的认识。主体之间的互动很好地体现了知识形成过程中主体间性的问题,也是现象学所主张的回到事物本身寻找工科实验室中知识本质属性目的所在。 本文研究倾向是从知识论的相关理论研究出发,结合工科实验室这一特殊产生知识的场景,探讨知识形成的过程,回到知识产生的情景来理解知识本身,高校工科实验室知识不能脱离情景存在。此次研究期待完善对知识的理解以及展现高校工科实验室知识的实际形成过程。
[Abstract]:Since the western sociology of knowledge research began to carry on the anthropology inspection to the laboratory, the laboratory research has brought the benefit to the sociology, the science and technology philosophy and so on the discipline already far exceeded the research at the beginning the anticipated. More attention has been paid to scientific and industrial laboratories, but little research has been done on engineering laboratories. As an important role in linking science and technology, engineering and society, engineering laboratory has a unique position in the national innovation system. Therefore, the research on knowledge formation in engineering laboratory is an extension of theory to the existing research on sociology of scientific knowledge and sociology of technology, and it has important practical significance for the construction of innovative country and the problem of independent innovation in China at the same time. This research first combs the laboratory development history, the laboratory development experience science laboratory, the industrial laboratory and the university engineering laboratory and so on shape, each kind of laboratory formation all has its various background and the history. On this basis, the differences and connections between engineering laboratories and previous laboratories are revealed. The formation of engineering laboratories in colleges and universities is based on a certain network of relations, which includes interests, politics and other factors. In order to explain the microcosmic process of knowledge formation in university engineering laboratory more concretely, this research carries on the concrete case analysis to the microbial fermentation technology transformation project, In the course of the research, this paper examines the relationship between the provider of the project and the university laboratory, the interaction among the members of the laboratory, and how the experimenter solves the contradiction between theory and reality. It is concluded that the formation of knowledge in university engineering laboratory depends on the interaction between the subjects in various specific situations. It is pointed out that the knowledge of engineering laboratory is a special form of knowledge formed by cognitive logic and constructive logic, which not only enhances people's understanding of things, but also enhances their own understanding. The interaction between subjects well reflects the problem of intersubjectivity in the process of knowledge formation, and is also the purpose of returning to things itself to find the essential attribute of knowledge in engineering laboratory. The research tendency of this paper is to discuss the process of knowledge formation and to understand the knowledge itself from the relevant theoretical research of knowledge theory, combining with the special knowledge producing scene of engineering laboratory. The knowledge of engineering laboratory in colleges and universities can not be separated from situational existence. This study is expected to improve the understanding of knowledge and show the actual formation process of engineering laboratory knowledge in colleges and universities.
