高等农林教育服务社会主义新农村建设研究

【摘要】：中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议中提出：推进农业现代化,加快社会主义新农村建设。而社会主义新农村建设离不开人才支撑,人才的培养主要依靠教育,尤其是高等农林教育。所以,高等农林教育服务社会主义新农村建设是加快农村现代化进程的必然趋势。本文介绍了关于高等农林教育服务社会主义新农村建设的背景和意义,应用文献分析法、历史追踪法和比较研究法对国内外相关动态进行研究,以确定研究视角,明确研究方法,构建研究框架；对高等农林教育服务社会主义新农村建设进行现状分析,通过问卷调查研究高等农林教育为社会主义新农村建设所做出的贡献,应用系统分析法对存在的问题进行分析；以东北林业大学为例,通过对东北林业大学建设社会主义新农村实绩进行分析,解析高等农林教育服务社会主义新农村建设；研究高等农林教育与社会主义新农村的关系；以系统分析法研究高等农林教育服务社会主义新农村建设的对策。本文试图通过研究,在加快社会主义新农村建设过程中,如何充分发挥高等农林教育的作用,为提高高等农林院校毕业生职业技能,为推动高等农林院校毕业生农村就业,为促进农业现代化发展,为切实解决社会主义新农村建设问题提供决策依据和对策建议,以使高等农林教育更有效地为社会主义新农村建设服务,从而加快我国全面建设小康社会进程。
[Abstract]:In the proposal of the CPC Central Committee to formulate the 12th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, it is proposed to promote agricultural modernization and speed up the construction of a new socialist countryside. The construction of new socialist countryside can not be separated from the support of talents. The cultivation of talents mainly depends on education, especially higher agriculture and forestry education. Therefore, higher agricultural and forestry education serves the construction of new socialist countryside is the inevitable trend of speeding up the process of rural modernization. This paper introduces the background and significance of higher agricultural and forestry education in serving the construction of new socialist countryside, and studies the related trends at home and abroad by using the methods of literature analysis, historical tracing and comparative research, in order to determine the perspective of the research. Make clear the research method, construct the research frame, analyze the present situation of the higher agriculture and forestry education serving the new socialist countryside construction, study the contribution of the higher agriculture and forestry education to the new socialist countryside construction through the questionnaire survey, Taking Northeast Forestry University as an example, the paper analyzes the achievements of Northeast Forestry University in building a new socialist countryside and analyzes the service of higher agricultural and forestry education to the construction of a new socialist countryside. This paper studies the relationship between higher agriculture and forestry education and the new socialist countryside, and studies the countermeasures of serving the new socialist countryside construction by the system analysis method. This article attempts to speed up the construction of a new socialist countryside, how to give full play to the role of higher agricultural and forestry education, in order to improve the vocational skills of graduates of agricultural and forestry colleges, to promote the rural employment of agricultural and forestry college graduates. In order to promote the development of agricultural modernization and to provide decision basis and countermeasures for solving the problem of building new socialist countryside, the higher agricultural and forestry education can serve the construction of new socialist countryside more effectively. So as to speed up the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
