军校大学生理想问卷的编制及应用

【摘要】：理想（Ideal）是指个体关于未来的、同实际相联系的、符合事物发展规律并有实现可能的想象、追求及奋斗目标。军校大学生作为军队未来高素质的新型军事人才，由于其学习环境、训练内容、管理方式等方面的特殊性，加之与日俱增的社会信息涌入军校，使得军校大学生的理想状况呈现出新特点，并得到了越来越多的重视。因此，编制一份适合我国军校大学生理想的问卷，并考察当前我国军校大学生理想的现状特点及相关因素，不仅对于军校大学生的身心健康及全面发展有着重要意义，而且对于构建当代革命军人核心价值体系也同样有着重要价值。本研究在文献研究的基础上，编制了军校大学生理想问卷，并采取分层随机抽样的方式，对全军9所军校1617名军校大学生进行调查。分析结果表明： 1、自编的军校大学生理想问卷由22个题目组成，具有较好的信度和效度。该问卷符合心理测量学标准，，可以作为调查或评估军校大学生理想的工具。 2、自编的军校大学生理想主要由六个维度构成，分别是学业理想、生活理想、职业理想、政治理想、自我理想和军事理想。 3、目前，军校大学生理想处于中等偏上水平，总体状况良好。军校大学生理想各个维度上的得分由低到高依次为军事理想、自我理想、学业理想、政治理想、生活理想、职业理想。 4、军校大学生理想在总体水平及各维度上存在显著的军种、教育阶段、学员来源、政治面貌、性别、生源地、是否独生子女等变量上的差异。
[Abstract]:Ideal is an individual about the future, related to reality, in line with the law of development and possible realization of imagination, pursuit and goal. As a new type of military talents with high quality in the future, military college students, because of the particularity of their learning environment, training content, management style and so on, together with the increasing social information pouring into the military academy, The ideal state of military college students presents new characteristics and gets more and more attention. Therefore, it is of great significance not only to compile a questionnaire suitable for the ideal of college students in our military academy, but also to investigate the present characteristics and relevant factors of the students' ideal in our military academy, which is not only of great significance to the physical and mental health and overall development of military college students. And for the construction of the core value system of contemporary revolutionary servicemen also has important value. On the basis of literature study, this study compiled the ideal questionnaire for military college students, and adopted stratified random sampling to investigate 1617 military college students in 9 military academies. The results show that: 1. The ideal questionnaire of military college students is composed of 22 questions, which has good reliability and validity. The questionnaire meets the standard of psychometrics and can be used as an ideal tool to investigate and evaluate military college students. 2. The ideal of military college students is composed of six dimensions: academic ideal, life ideal, professional ideal, political ideal, self-ideal and military ideal. 3, at present, the military college students ideal in the upper middle level, the overall situation is good. The scores of military college students from low to high are military ideal, self-ideal, academic ideal, political ideal, life ideal and professional ideal. (4) there are significant differences in the overall level and dimensions of military college students' ideals in the military service, education stage, student source, political outlook, gender, student origin, and whether the only child is the only child.
