大学生行为习惯养成教育的措施与方法研究

【摘要】：大学生行为习惯主要体现在学习、生活、工作、交往、道德等几个方面,大学生养成教育最终体现在形成良好的行为习惯。当今大学生的行为习惯存在许多问题,究其原因,既有教育体制方面的,也有家庭和社会环境的影响,更有高校和学生自身的诸多原因。应切实加强师德师风建设、制度建设,健全完善学生行为档案,规范管理,健全完善学生综合素质测评体系,用良好的企业文化教育和引导当代大学生。
[Abstract]:The behavior habits of college students are mainly reflected in the aspects of study, life, work, communication, morality and so on. There are many problems in the behavior habits of college students nowadays. The reasons are not only the educational system, but also the influence of family and social environment, and many reasons of colleges and universities and students themselves. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics and teachers' style, to improve the students' behavior files, to standardize the management, to perfect the evaluation system of students' comprehensive quality, to educate and guide the contemporary college students with good enterprise culture.
