基于绩效技术的教育实习服务支持体系的研究

【摘要】:随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010-2020》的制定,,基础教育改革的进程也已经进入全面实施阶段,我国教育改革的大幕已全面拉开。教师专业化发展越来越受到重视,教育实习作为职前教师培养的重要实践环节,并作为教师职业技能的检验与完善过程,历来被认为是教师培养中的重要组成部分。 教育实习是培养师范生教育教学能力的重要环节。本文首先通过问卷调查、访谈和文献分析的方法概述了教育实习的现状及其存在的问题,又从绩效管理的角度出发,借鉴远程教育中服务支持体系所发挥的重要作用提出构建师范生教育实习服务支持体系。构建教育实习服务支持体系包括制度支持、资源与技术支持和团队支持、旨在为实习生提供优质的资源,为职前教师的专业成长提供持续的支持与帮助,进而提升高校师范生的教学水平。 根据调研分析发现,教育实习对师范生所要求的培养效果和在实际的开展过程中所达到的水平存在着一定的绩效差距,主要原因在于资源共享不便,可用资源缺乏;实习活动缺少交流协作,实习成果难以保留;指导力度不够,评价流于形式,管理缺乏监控效用等多种原因影响教育实习成效,所以本文提出利用绩效技术构建教育实习服务支持体系,将组织行为学及学习共同体的思想融入到实习活动与管理的实践中去,形成一定的实习流程标准与管理规范,应对多种模式下的实习活动,并尝试针对现有问题寻求解决途径,提高教育实习效果。
[Abstract]:With the formulation of the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020, the process of basic education reform has entered the stage of comprehensive implementation, and the curtain of education reform in China has been fully opened. More and more attention has been paid to the professional development of teachers. As an important practice link of pre-service teachers' cultivation and as a process of testing and perfecting teachers' professional skills, it has always been regarded as an important part of teacher training. The practice of education is an important link to cultivate the students' ability of education and teaching. Firstly, this paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of educational practice by means of questionnaire, interview and literature analysis, and then from the perspective of performance management. Based on the important role of service support system in distance education, this paper puts forward the construction of education practice service support system for normal school students. The construction of educational internship service support system includes system support, resource and technical support and team support, aiming at providing high-quality resources for interns and providing continuous support and assistance for the professional development of pre-service teachers. And then improve the teaching level of normal college students. According to the investigation and analysis, it is found that there is a certain performance gap between the educational practice and the training effect of normal college students and the level achieved in the actual development process, mainly due to the inconvenient sharing of resources and the lack of available resources; The lack of communication and cooperation in the practice activities, the difficulty in retaining the practical results, the insufficient guidance, the mere formality of evaluation, the lack of monitoring and control in management and other reasons affect the effectiveness of educational practice. Therefore, this paper proposes to use performance technology to construct the support system of educational practice service, to integrate the ideas of organizational behavior and learning community into the practice and management practice, and to form a certain practice process standard and management standard. In order to improve the effect of educational practice, we should try to find ways to solve the existing problems.
