高校教师职业道德内化及其促进机制研究

【摘要】:论文综合运用了文献分析、比较研究和调查研究的方法,首先对高校教师职业道德内化的研究背景、研究现状、研究意义和必要性进行了阐释,总结出高校教师对教师职业道德进行有效内化是增强教师抵抗社会不良环境干扰,缓解教师职业道德滑坡甚或失范现状的重要途径,,是高等院校建设一只高素质、高水平师资队伍,提高高等教育质量的必要条件,是弘扬高尚道德情操,提升社会道德水平关键环节。 论文从学习教师职业道德原则和内容入手,系统地梳理总结了高校教师在教书育人、科学研究、服务社会和传承文化四大职能上应履行的职业道德,并指出教师职业道德对教师做好本职工作、完善个人人格、获得心灵平衡具有不可替代的功用和价值。 论文把高校教师职业道德内化的心理机制和关键点作为第一个研究重点,分别从德性发展的角度和社会生活的角度阐述了高校教师职业道德内化的必要性;又分别从心理学角度和道德教育的角度分析了高校教师职业道德内化的主要过程,并将心理学角度的“服从、认知、同化、内化”与道德教育角度的“知、情、信、意、行”进行了合理联系。在此研究的基础上挖掘出高校教师职业道德的关键点就在于教师作为内化承担者的主体性,并进一步分析出主体性对高校教师职业道德内化的影响以及主体性生成和发挥的必要条件。 论文将高校教师职业道德内化的对抗因素作为第二个研究重点,通过对高校教师进行抽样问卷调查来归纳分析出现实情况中高校教师职业道德内化的对抗因素,首先是介绍了问卷设计思路和调查基本情况,然后详细总结分析了问卷调查统计结果,并从调查结果中梳理出高校教师在内化职业道德过程中遇到的影响教师主体性生成和主体性发挥的对抗因素,进而又从高等教育的发展、市场经济的繁荣、知识时代的到来、高校治学体系、办学资源使用等几个方面分析了对抗因素的形成原因。 高校教师职业道德内化的促进机制是本研究论文的第三个研究重点,分别针对影响教师主体性生成和发挥的对抗因素及其成因,设计出相应的解决路径,包含教师成长发展支持机制,教师主体性激发及保障机制,教师职业道德建设外围保障机制和教师职业道德建设内在运行机制。
[Abstract]:The thesis synthetically uses the methods of literature analysis, comparative study and investigation and research. Firstly, it explains the research background, research status, significance and necessity of the internalization of college teachers' professional ethics. It is concluded that the effective internalization of college teachers' professional ethics is an important way to strengthen teachers' resistance to social adverse environment interference, to alleviate the present situation of teachers' professional ethics, and to build a high quality university. The key link of carrying forward the noble moral sentiment and raising the social moral level is the high level teachers and the necessary condition to improve the quality of higher education. Starting with the principles and contents of teachers' professional ethics, this paper systematically summarizes the professional ethics that should be performed by university teachers in the four functions of teaching and educating people, scientific research, serving society and inheriting culture. It also points out that teachers' professional ethics has irreplaceable function and value for teachers to do their own work, perfect personal personality and achieve spiritual balance. This paper takes the psychological mechanism and key points of the internalization of college teachers' professional ethics as the first research focus, and expounds the necessity of the internalization of college teachers' professional ethics from the perspective of moral development and social life. From the angle of psychology and moral education, this paper analyzes the main process of the internalization of college teachers' professional ethics, and puts forward the psychological perspective of "service from, cognition, assimilation, internalization" and moral education from the angle of "knowledge, affection, faith, meaning," A reasonable connection has been made. On the basis of this research, the key point of university teachers' professional ethics lies in the subjectivity of teachers as internalized carriers. Furthermore, it analyzes the influence of subjectivity on the internalization of college teachers' professional ethics and the necessary conditions for the formation and exertion of subjectivity. This paper takes the confrontational factors of the internalization of college teachers' professional ethics as the second focus of the research, and summarizes and analyzes the confrontational factors of the internalization of university teachers' professional ethics in the actual situation by sampling questionnaires to university teachers. First of all, it introduces the design of the questionnaire and the basic situation of the survey, and then summarizes and analyzes the statistical results of the questionnaire in detail. From the results of the investigation, the author sorts out the antagonistic factors that affect the teachers' subjectivity and exertion in the process of internalizing their professional ethics, and then from the development of higher education, the prosperity of market economy and the arrival of the knowledge age. This paper analyzes the forming reasons of the antagonistic factors from the aspects of the academic system and the use of school resources in colleges and universities. The promotion mechanism of college teachers' professional ethics internalization is the third research focus of this paper. Aiming at the antagonistic factors and their causes that affect the teachers' subjectivity generation and exertion, the corresponding solutions are designed. It includes the support mechanism of teachers' growth and development, the motivation and guarantee mechanism of teachers' subjectivity, the peripheral guarantee mechanism of teachers' professional ethics construction and the internal running mechanism of teachers' professional ethics construction.
