和谐社会构建背景下大学生就业问题研究

【摘要】：党的十七大报告明确提出：“社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性”、“构建社会主义和谐社会是贯穿中国特色社会主义事业全过程的长期历史任务，是在发展的基础上正确处理各种社会矛盾的历史过程和社会结果”。和谐社会是一个庞大的系统工程，需要社会政治、经济、文化等各方面的协调与配合。其中，实现充分就业是构建和谐社会的基本要求之一。大学生是整个社会中充满活力、富于创造性的群体，是先进生产力的代表，是党和国家宝贵的人才资源，是建设和谐社会的重要力量。作为大学生就业问题不仅关系到大学生个人前程，更关系到家庭的切身利益，千百万个毕业生关系到千百万个家庭的光荣与梦想，最终也会影响到和谐社会的构建。对此，本文从阐述和谐社会的构建与大学生就业的关系入手，分析当前大学生就业的现状、问题与成因，力求有针对性地提出和谐社会建设中促进大学生就业的思路与对策，为政府制定相关政策、为高校改革发展和大学生健康成长提供有益参考，以达到更好地促进大学生和谐就业与和谐社会建设之目的。论文共设计了以下几个部分：导论部分，主要介绍论文选题的缘起、国内外研究现状等。第一部分，主要是对构建和谐社会与大学生就业二者之间关系的分析，这是文章的重点。第二部分，，分析在构建和谐社会的背景下，我国大学生在就业中存在的主要问题，进而分析这些问题产生的原因。第三部分，针对当前大学生就业存在的问题及原因，提出在构建和谐社会背景下促进大学生就业的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that "social harmony is the essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics" and that "building a harmonious socialist society is a long-term historical task running through the whole process of socialism with Chinese characteristics." It is the historical process and social result of dealing with various social contradictions correctly on the basis of development. Harmonious society is a huge systematic project, which needs the coordination and cooperation of social politics, economy, culture and so on. Among them, the realization of full employment is one of the basic requirements of building a harmonious society. College students are a group full of vitality and creativity in the whole society, the representative of advanced productive forces, the valuable talent resources of the Party and the country, and the important force of building a harmonious society. The employment of college students is not only related to the personal future of college students, but also to the vital interests of families. Millions of graduates are related to the glory and dreams of millions of families, and ultimately will affect the construction of a harmonious society. In view of this, this article starts with expounding the relationship between the construction of harmonious society and the employment of college students, analyzes the present situation, problems and causes of college students' employment, and tries to put forward the ideas and countermeasures to promote the employment of college students in the construction of harmonious society. It provides a useful reference for the government to formulate relevant policies and to promote the harmonious employment of college students and the construction of a harmonious society for the reform and development of colleges and universities and the healthy growth of college students. The following parts are designed: Introduction, mainly introduces the origin of the topic, domestic and foreign research status. The first part is the analysis of the relationship between the construction of harmonious society and the employment of college students, which is the focus of the article. The second part analyzes the main problems existing in the employment of college students in China under the background of building a harmonious society, and then analyzes the causes of these problems. The third part, aiming at the existing problems and reasons of college students' employment, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the employment of college students under the background of building a harmonious society.
