两化融合视角下“卓越工程师”培养体系研究

【摘要】：分析了信息化与工业化融合对"卓越工程师"培养规格定位的影响,研究了信息产业特性,分析得出了在信息化与工业化融合背景下"卓越工程师"内涵的五大要素。从构筑学科交融的复合型人才培养模式、构建融合信息要素的工程实践教育体系、建设基于信息技术的工程实践教育平台、实施系统的工程训练与多模式创新训练,以及海外研修相结合的实践教学过程等层面论述了信息化与工业化融合视角下"卓越工程师"培养体系的构建。这些实践层面的思考与推进,对深化我国高等工程教育改革有一定参考价值。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the influence of the integration of information and industrialization on the orientation of training specifications of "outstanding engineer", studies the characteristics of information industry, and concludes five elements of the connotation of "outstanding engineer" under the background of the fusion of information and industrialization. From the view of constructing the compound talent training mode, constructing the engineering practice education system which integrates the information elements, constructing the engineering practice education platform based on information technology, carrying out systematic engineering training and multi-mode innovation training. At the same time, the paper discusses the construction of the training system of "outstanding engineer" from the angle of integration of information technology and industrialization. These practical aspects of thinking and promotion, to deepen the reform of higher engineering education in China has a certain reference value.
