高校大学生荣辱观教育现状及路径探析

【摘要】:荣辱观是世界观、人生观、价值观反映,大学生的荣辱观如何,决定着中国特色现代化建设事业最终能否取得成功。高校作为人才培养的基地,所培养出的人才不仅要有完善的科技知识结构,更要有较高的荣辱素质,确保学生正确世界观、人生观和价值观的树立。各高校对荣辱观教育高度重视,在荣辱观教育上也取得了很大成绩。在当前新的发展形势下,高校辱观教育不可避免的出现了一些新问题和新挑战,进一步完善和提高对大学生进行社会主义荣辱观教育的水平是高校面临的重要而紧迫的任务。胡锦涛总书记对以“八荣八耻”为核心内容的社会主荣辱观的论述,使高校进一步明确了新形势下对学生加强社会主义荣辱观教育的新的内容和具体要求,是指导高校完善荣辱观教育工作、提高高校荣辱观教育水平的重要思想。 本文围绕高校荣辱观教育这一主题,在系统总结学术界已有的相关成果的基础上,阐述了荣辱观及大学生荣辱观教育相关概念和时代价值,通过分析高校荣辱观教育取得的成绩及仍然存在的问题,找出产生问题的原因,试图从荣辱观教育的实施路径角度提出对大学生进行荣辱观教育的可操作性方法,使高校对大学生进行荣辱观教育有坚实的理论和实践依据。文章的正文包括四个部分,第一章是“荣辱观与荣辱观教育的基本理论探析”,这一章主要是总结了传统教育学家以及现代学术界对荣辱观及荣辱观教育研究的基本理论,包括荣辱观的内涵及历史演变、荣辱观教育的内涵及时代价值两部分内容,以为本文后面的研究做好理论铺垫。第二章是“高校大学生荣辱观教育的内容”,这一章主要介绍了新时期高校应怎样把“八荣八耻”具体应用到对学生的荣辱观教育内容中去。即要做到以下四个方面,一是升华学生的爱国主义情操,弘扬民族精神,培养学生为人民服务的高尚品质。二是弘扬科学精神,增强劳动观念。三是倡导团结互助精神,增强学生诚信意识。四是提高学生法律素质,养成艰苦奋斗的精神。第三章是“高校荣辱观教育的现状和原因”。主要内容是分析了高校荣辱观教育取得的一系列成绩,指出了新形势下高校荣辱观教育面临的问题及其成因。第四章是“高校大学生荣辱观教育的路径探析”。这一章是文章的重点,主要包括五部分内容,即针对高校荣辱观教育面临的挑战相对应的提出了五个方面的解决措施,分别是:转变大学生荣辱观教育理念;丰富大学生荣辱观教育内容;拓宽大学生荣辱观教育的方法、途径;健全大学生荣辱观教育机制;优化大学生荣辱观教育环境。通过以上五个措施相互协调、相互促进,最终解决荣辱观教育的困难,实现荣辱观教育的目的。
[Abstract]:The concept of honor and disgrace is a reflection of the world outlook, outlook on life and values, and how the concept of honor and disgrace of college students determines the success of modernization construction with Chinese characteristics. As a base of talent cultivation, colleges and universities should not only have a perfect structure of scientific and technological knowledge, but also have a higher quality of honor and disgrace to ensure the students' correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. Colleges and universities attach great importance to the education of honor and disgrace, and have made great achievements in the education of concept of honor and disgrace. Under the current new development situation, some new problems and new challenges inevitably arise in the education of the concept of humiliation in colleges and universities. It is an important and urgent task for colleges and universities to further improve and improve the level of education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace for college students. General Secretary Hu Jintao's exposition of "eight Honours and eight Shame" as the core content of the social master concept of honor and disgrace makes colleges and universities further clarify the new contents and specific requirements of strengthening the education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace for students under the new situation. It is an important idea to improve the education of honor and disgrace in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on the theme of the education of honor and disgrace in colleges and universities, and on the basis of systematically summarizing the related achievements in academic circles, expounds the related concepts and values of the education of honor and disgrace and college students' view of honor and disgrace. By analyzing the achievements and problems in the education of the concept of honor and disgrace in colleges and universities, the author finds out the causes of the problems, and attempts to put forward the operable method of carrying out the education of the concept of honor and disgrace for college students from the perspective of the implementation path of the education of the concept of honor and disgrace. So that colleges and universities on the concept of honor and disgrace education has a solid theoretical and practical basis. The main body of the article includes four parts. The first chapter is "the analysis of the basic theory of honor and disgrace and the education of honor and disgrace". This chapter summarizes the basic theories of traditional educationists and modern academic circles on the concept of honor and disgrace and the education of concept of honor and disgrace. It includes the connotation and historical evolution of the concept of honor and disgrace, the connotation of the concept of honor and disgrace and the value of the times. The second chapter is "the content of college students' concept of honor and disgrace", this chapter mainly introduces how universities should apply "eight honors and eight disgraces" to the content of the education of students' concept of honor and disgrace in the new period. That is to achieve the following four aspects: first, to sublimate students' patriotism, carry forward the national spirit, and cultivate the students' noble quality of serving the people. Second, carry forward the scientific spirit and strengthen the concept of labor. Third, to advocate the spirit of solidarity and mutual assistance, and enhance students' sense of integrity. Fourth, improve the legal quality of students, cultivate the spirit of hard work. The third chapter is the status quo and reasons of the concept of honor and disgrace in colleges and universities. The main content is to analyze a series of achievements in the education of the concept of honor and disgrace in colleges and universities, and point out the problems and causes of the education of the concept of honor and disgrace in colleges and universities under the new situation. The fourth chapter is the path analysis of college students'concept of honor and disgrace. This chapter is the focus of the article, mainly including five parts, that is, in view of the challenges faced by the university concept of honor and disgrace education corresponding to the proposed five aspects of solutions, respectively: changing the concept of college students' concept of honor and disgrace education; To enrich the education content of college students' concept of honor and disgrace; to broaden the methods and ways of education of college students' concept of honor and disgrace; to perfect the educational mechanism of college students' concept of honor and disgrace; Through the above five measures to coordinate and promote each other, the final solution to the difficulties of the concept of honor and disgrace education, to achieve the purpose of the concept of honor and disgrace education.
