大学生创业学习样态研究

【摘要】:伴随着科技进步和市场经济的发展,创业备受社会关注。大学生创业研究也逐渐成为教育和经济、管理科学领域的一个热点研究问题。尽管我国大学生创业及创业教育的研究还处于起步阶段,但是大学生创业的作用和潜藏着的巨大潜力已经开始被学术界和社会所认识。 本文在高等教育大众化理论、创业教育理论、学习理论以及杜威的做中学等理论基础上,主要运用个案研究方法分析大学生的创业学习样态,揭示大学生创业者的创业学习模式,探讨制约大学生创业成功的共同因素,为提高大学生创业成功率提出建设性建议。 全文共有五章,第一章是绪论,主要从研究意义、国内外研究综述、研究方案和概念界定这四个方面来阐述。第二章是本研究的理论基础,大学生创业学习样态研究试图通过高等教育大众化理论、大学生学习理论和杜威教育的做中学理论来作为理论基础,分析和研究大学生创业学习样态。第三章是大学生学习样态调查,本文共呈现三种学习样态,模仿、探索、反思混合型,通过成功案例与失败案例来呈现样态和对样态特点的分析。第四章是大学生创业学习样态的多学科分析,主要从内源因素与外源因素来分析。第五章结论与建议,通过对大学生创业案例的呈现于分析提出本文的结论与建议。 研究结果表明,大学生创业学习样态丰富多样,创业学习样态多为学习工作背景下自发产生的,在创业过程中的学习样态受外源因素和内源因素制约。高校创业教育应与专业教育有个合理的衔接。
[Abstract]:Along with the progress of science and technology and the development of market economy, entrepreneurship is concerned by the society. Entrepreneurship research of college students has gradually become a hot research issue in the fields of education, economy and management science. Although the research on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education of college students in China is still in its infancy, the role and potential of entrepreneurship of college students have begun to be recognized by academia and society. Based on the popular theory of higher education, entrepreneurship education theory, learning theory and Dewey's doing learning theory, this paper mainly uses the case study method to analyze the entrepreneurial learning patterns of college students. This paper reveals the entrepreneurial learning model of college students' entrepreneurs, probes into the common factors that restrict the success of college students' entrepreneurship, and puts forward constructive suggestions for improving the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship. There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly from the research significance, the domestic and foreign research summary, the research plan and the concept definition. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study. The study of entrepreneurial learning patterns of college students attempts to use the theory of popularization of higher education, the theory of college students' learning and the theory of Dewey's education as the theoretical basis. To analyze and study the entrepreneurial learning patterns of college students. The third chapter is the investigation of college students' learning patterns. This paper presents three kinds of learning patterns, imitation, exploration and reflection. The fourth chapter is the multi-disciplinary analysis of entrepreneurial learning patterns of college students, mainly from the internal and external factors. The fifth chapter puts forward the conclusions and suggestions of this paper through the analysis of the case of college students'entrepreneurship. The results show that the entrepreneurial learning patterns of college students are abundant and diverse, and the entrepreneurial learning patterns are generated spontaneously under the background of learning work, and the learning patterns in the process of entrepreneurship are restricted by exogenous and endogenous factors. Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should have a reasonable connection with professional education.
